All the States owe Pension & gratuity of retired civil servants who laboured and served their State for 35years. Some of this States cannot even pay workers salaries conveniently. A Civil Servants that retired after 35years of service or 60years of Age in Lagos have to wait like 3years to get his/her retirement benefit, 3 painful years ooh. In Ogun State, retirees start receiving monthly pension after retirement but gratuity (which is actually the lump sum) they may not see till they die. But this States are paying Ex-Governors/looters crazy benefits monthly or yearly. Tinubu institutionalised corruption in Nigeria...
