How did you apply for the correction, it's supposed to reflect on your portal.
You can apply through the support site. Make sure you attach relevant documents including a sworn affidavit from the court just in case you didn't do that before. Login to your support site and do that from there. Cheers.

She's not telling u the truth. U should have checked the details of the form before they verified you for the matriculation number.
As it is now, go to support.nou.edu.ng
Send a ticket on Change of name to Academic registry.
Make sure you attach your original documents please. Explain the source of the error and how and oversight didn't make you notice the error until you were verified. It will be corrected. If it's a spelling mistake, you may not need an affidavit. But if a whole name is missing from the names, u will need affidavit compulsorily.

chai me wey hate fill in the gaps. I just hope multiple choice will be more than fill in the gaps. Fill in the gaps is supposed to be scrapped as it encourages cramming which isn't the best study method

Research Methods in Education is a prerequisite for registering project
You defend your project either online or at the Zonal HQ (Abuja, Uyo or Lagos). The project defense is completely online at the moment.
