A legal issue only arises for David if the information he gave in the video clip is false.

This guy here reminds me of donstan18. Before the presidential primaries when I first came across the handle he had less than 4000 followers. Today he has almost 20k followers mostly by joining the Obidient family.

Today he has also made it into the Rivers State Gubernatorial Campaign council. If you must be an Obidient at least be strategic and wise about it and not be a nuisance on Nairaland
