The treatment and management of mental in Nigeria is nearly non-existent, especially with the stigma associated with it..Our culture and religion don’t help matters.

A lot of Nigerians are struggling with undiagnosed mental health disorder, especially dual diagnosis but they call it off as stress related or flat out deny it. The amount of undocumented substance abuse going on, especially amongst the youth is troubling.

He needs serious rehab. This is not the time to clean him up, pay his bills or house him or for a pastor to come and start deceiving people for the gram as this doesn’t look like depression.. Its time to get him serious mental health help.

Get him evaluated and possibly diagnosed.
