Currently toasting bread with egg.

Two times, I eat late in the morning (10-11).

As long as you exercise and your source of income doesn't run dry, nothing bad.

Since 2019/2020 till this day, I have never skipped a single day without exercise (before shower) even though I'm not fat and probably never will be fat even with all the food and peace of mind on Earth. I'm just addicted to it fitness and I encourage everyone to do the same.
