My roommate back then Peter, e too carry church matter for head ehn. Any small thing nah fellowship or choir practice because e dey play instrument for him church, if lecture period and fellowship clash dude would prefer to skip lecture. Every semester e dey steady get carryover like inheritance, sotay our exam officer Sabi am pass SuG.

Me wey I no go uni I no fit relate.The post jamb wey I go do for uniben years back.Na the tutor wey helped me for jamb connect me to this guy lodge.I just dey hear several gunshots for midnight.After that night na inside Uniben canteen sleep the following night.

I didn't experience much of this room mate-relationship, but the little experience I had showered in a unique feeling for me. We were like seven in our room. Only four were legal room mates, others were squatters.

One looked like a nerd. I think most times he spent half of his day at the library. He was very cool. Yeah.

Others would talk about their relationship life, sex, how they knacked that girl, etc. And there was one too who never laughed. I never saw a smile on his face, but this guy was cool too. He carry 30k enter betshop and virtual chop all , him cry come back house, dude was not just crying but weeping , I asked him whats up he told me that he lost all his cash to virtual, me way my papa sabi everything about school, I can't scam him to send me money for anything because my dad was a close friend to one professor for my school that year, he would always call him before sending me money to make sure I am not trying to play a fast one on him.

Exams was in two weeks time and my guy never pay school fees, to make matter worst him babe come dey give .attitude that period, I had to carry my laptop, my ps3 that year give one guy that owns computer shop to collect a loan of 180k to pay back and collect the stuff.

We were four girls in a big room. Very spacious we don't really get in each other's way. I'm the only Yoruba girl in their midst. The rest are Igbo and Calabar. We were in the same department. Till tomorrow, they're wonderful people. Even when people said we will fight because we're girls, we never did. We watched out for each other, we never haggle over who will do the house chores. Everyone just pick a task to do and we do it. We don't cook together all the time but we eat each other's food. We may have 4 different kinds of soup at once but you are absolutely at liberty to eat any soup of your choice.

There's one among them that I'm closer to than the rest of them. At a point, I don't take foodstuff or anything like that to school anymore. She buys the foodstuff with all her money while I bring raw cash for us to spend. We eat her food together, the two of us and I in turn pay for anything we need to buy, handout or whatever, for the both of us.

All of them shield me from boys. Like mother hen, they think I'm too naive and stupid and may fall a victim cause I was the youngest. They're great girls.

It's been years but we still keep in touch, all 4 of us.

dia is dis bro. i was his junior in secondary skl & lived in same community bt got admission in2 higher institution same year. i acomodated dis bro bt na him dominate d entire room. we shared work; he picked cookin & gave me dish washing & errand work. afta cookin dis bro wil take large meal with 2 fishes but i will b given smaller meal with 1 fish. also, he's fond of complainin of heat each tym we slept on bed. he wont want my body 2 touch his, if my body touches him, d next thin i wil b hearin is heat o, heat o. funny enough, his body full enzymes no b small. his complaint made me left sleepin on bed to d floor. i slept on d floor 4 gud 2 years b4 goin ahead 2 get anoda com4table room (well furnished & set wit big t.v, decoder, dvd, fridge, gen, home theater etc he made me hate living with someone. i enjoyed my remaining two years to the fullest. each day, i sleeps & wakes up with chicks except exams period which is a must 2 go night class to avoid story that touches. last last na 2nd class upper i carry.

Where I wan start from, is it the fact that we could not separate because our parents are kinda connected and father of one of us that got the apartment is a very nice man but a stupid and idiotic son, 4 yrs in the Uni living with him will take about 8 solid chapters if I am to write a story about myself. Funny enough he called me few two months ago to say hi after about 5yrs we spoke last, truth is I have no single positive thing to say about that guy, if by mistake I have, it has to be linked to his father.
