Is it trained to pee and poo in the right place? Or it liters everywhere with pee and poo?

Because that's the main reason why I haven't gotten a dog yet

I forgot to add it's potty trained... He knows its poo and pee spot outside

no matter how you potty train a Lhasa,once it is rehomed ,you have to potty train it again…
