A lot of people don't understand the English including both the president and this commentator.

The King is only making polite con ersations which includes things like the weather, where you live etc. King Charles actually doesn't give a rats ass where the President lives. It isn't a loaded question at all. If the President had answered in the affirmative, King Charles would have asked where? He would then discuss the area and his memories of being there ( monarchs visit every part of their realm)
