I assume you've never voted in the US, nor understand the arcane state by state/county by county voting rules. This was caught by an election audit that most counties have to test the machines and voting process. And because the race was so close, they will probably have another recount. Your argument is that, because we had a Human error (not identifying a memory card in time), let's do a hand count to introduce more human error. And a hand count which would probably take 2 weeks or more to complete. There in itself lies the problem. Republicans like the confusion of voting, it helps them make the case that voting is hard to help depress the vote. The more people who Vote means Republicans will lose. The long lines you see are a product of Republicans limiting voting places and voting times to depress the vote. The length of counting votes, is the Republicans limiting when certain votes can be counted (i.e mail in votes) and how they are counted.

If you were truly interested in fair elections, you would have supported the Democrats Voting Rights Bill that standardized elections, and did things like making it illegal for people to stand in line to vote for more than 1 hour (in some Black counties in Republican led states people stand in line 6-8 hours to vote). So, as all things, Republicans purposefully break something but yet convince their uneducated base to blame the Democrats who always try to fix it.

It's amusing hearing Kari Lake talking about the length of the vote count, people waiting in line, etc when REPUBLICANS are the ones who ran the elections and made those rules in their attempt to disenfranchise Democratic votes. But what did Democrats do, they pushed their supporters to vote early and by mail where they could.

Actually it is. The Secret Services job is to prevent threats to their protectees. And the only reason they know who is a threat is to know about that person. Just like he didn't care that his supporters had weapons during Jan. 6th. Because they aren't there to hurt him.

FYI, The first Amendment tells us what the GOVERNMENT can't do. Non government companies can censor. They can run their business the way they want. The same is true on Nairaland (which regularly bans people), I'm sure even your favorite alt-right site bans people for saying certain things. A lot of it has to do with liability. And if Congress does repeal sect. 230, you'll see much much more of it as companies will then be held liable for the speech they allow on their platforms. Also. Even the 1st amendment isn't absolute. There are circumstances when the Government can limit speech. Check out Brandenburg v. Ohio (it's a US Supreme Court Case). It argues that even the government can limit speech if
1.) The speech is “directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action,” AND
2.) The speech is “likely to incite or produce such action.”

Doesn't it sux when your 5 second sound bite, meets actual facts.
