The USA and Senegal team are similar. Both lack a proper number 9 but play with so much grit.
The question remains if that would be enough against the Dutch and English.

Who will score the goal? Senegal only hope of winning is through penalties. They don't score from opening play against good teams

I'm not sure why can never forget Ismaila Sarr brace against Liverpool a few seasons ago.

Any news about Kouyate? If gueye can't play because of yellow cards, it would be good to have Kouyate back.

Rice is a total footballer skillful strong box2box player

How many have we lost too aside Argentina? We used our bench to play Paraguay at the 1998 World Cup cos we have already qualified.

We have defeated them at all levels (From Olympics to under 20 and 17).
So what are you on about?

Don't even go there.

Our record against south American teams at u 20 is even more woeful.

Our best performance was Just a draw (against Brazil 2005)

Others have been losses.

you no dey shame? 17/18 years old boy in Europe for the first time and barely got any opportunity to play

You jumped on a bus in motion without knowing where it's going to or coming from.

Then you make a comment that has no bearing on the discourse in progress.

I have no idea what you are getting at .

They should tell the boy in the link below to focus on improving his stamina and ball movement on grass and ball handling..

He should not focus mainly on joggling the ball..

The channel is a Brazilian or Portuguese channel I could be wrong.

But in this video I am 100% sure I heard them speaking Yoruba..

the boy should focus on his speed and if anyone knows where this video happened they should make it public here at least.

A good new challenge for Kolo after serving under Brendan Rodgers since 2019 at Leicester. Wigan is in relegation waters in the Championship but I wish Kolo well.

3 of the Youngest Scorers at Qatar 2022 WC are English featuring Bukayo Saka.

2026 WC will see a more mature and possibly more powerful English side.

Only Africans in the list are Mohamed Kudus (Been my favourite Ghanaian player for over 3 years now. He and Dede Ayew - Dede since 2009) and Ahmadou Bamba Dieng of Senegal (plays in Ligue 1 for Marseille).

Not every football freestyler will make it in the actual world of football as a pro.

Ever heard of the F2Freestylers? Here is their YT channel... https://youtube.com/@thef2

Very popular but before they became world renowned for their skills and tricks as freestylers, they couldn't cut it professionally.

So to accommodate these lots, there is a governing body globally for freestylers like this kid called the World Freestyle Football Association.

They organise Street Freestyle Competitions. And there are lots of similar competitions not directly organised by the WFFA.

My point... if this kid in the clip really wanna play the game professionally then ofcos he would need more than these. Much more infact in addition to what you already mentioned.... if not, he would do well following his Freestyle path.

We lost that game because of our weak bench.
Onazi got injured but there was not even an average replacement on the bench. Only God knows where we get that Ruben Gabriel from.

When we call some Nigerian coaches “egunje coaches”, they will come for our heads.

What was Keshi thinking taking the likes of Reuben to the World Cup?

His young and can be trained to be a professional footballer..

Those F2 guys probably didn't want to be playing in the lower leagues.. I don't know anything about them. With the infrastructure they have access to they should at worst be playing in the lower leagues.

He can be trained. Yes. A few freestylers have made it into Pro football but the point is not many make it.

In all, it comes down to him and anyone willing to invest in the lad along the Pro path.

Tunisia's likely last hurrah at Qatar 2022.

They are up against a second string French side.

No Mbappe. No Griezmann. No Dembele. No Giroud. No Rabiot. No Lloris.

Yet, Tunisia are still not favs for a win in this game. But shaa, can they bag their first goal of Qatar 2022? Time will tell.

Our most talented players are not necessarily passionate about the national team, they get more passion and motivation playing for their team..

Our most passionate players are not as talented …

One we will get it right, when the passion to play for your national team returns to the Nigeria super eagles they can beat anyone.. but till then let’s keep scraping by, and can’t blame the players, Nigeria it’s self has been pretty uninspiring , everyone is on a japa wave…

Passion has to return…
