What islam offer is more than that, it gives you instant holiness if you do it right and gives you rest from satanic harassment that is so rampant in christianity. Note that I did not decide to accept islam by myself, I had powerful revelations that convinced me, I am naturally gifted with the gift of revelations and prophecy so I know when the holy spirit talks to me, experience is still the best teacher if you really want to know.

Interestingly, the first deliverance I did outside the church setting was of a Muslim girl. Everything was wrong with her and she wasn't graduating because most of her results were not found. If the offender genuinely repents of his/her past sins and ask God for forgiveness and deliverance, the causeless curse shall not then stand (Proverbs 26:2 KJV)

That's where restitution also comes to play. You can walk up to the person you've offended in the past and ask for forgiveness.

Finally, make sure to live a life devoid of offense towards God and towards man (Acts 24:6 KJV).

So why is a Nigerian living in a country other than Israel quoting from this Law as though it applies also to his person?

Your answer is not correct. Jesus Christ did speak several curses to follow those who would teach lies in His name --- the false teachers and false prophets, as well as those who would follow them.
