I wouldn't know, but since you believe his misdeed was caused by DEMON POSSESSION, you can get all the information online or from attorneys that don't use the constitution of the land to argue at the court.

Ok!

I did not even see this. grin

My SENTIMENTS exactly!

Fulani origin ke? grin From Niger or Chad you mean. Which one is “BAH”? undecided This man, like MANY “Nigerians” are of questionable origin. Mother? Father? Siblings? He practically grew up alone. I don’t even expect any family member to associate positively, but identify him as a renegade of some sort. No uncle, no aunt?
This na “born throway” na.

There is something about Karma.
Things in life are seldom coincidental.

What put A.O.B and this 13 year-old’s path to cross tragically? My theory?

If your father was a rapist, you must have the genes of a rapist manifest in ANY MEMBER OF THE GENERATION TO CONTINUE THE CURSE.

Similarly, IF YOU ARE A RAPIST. . . . Your own child will be raped!

Both Mr. A.O.B and the 13 year-old victim are angles of generational curses whose paths were destined to cross unfavorably.

“DISCLAIMER: I am not saying the 13 year-old victim deserved what she experieced. Just looking at this unfortunate occurrence from a philosophical viewpoint. For someone on a B1-B2 visa to FLY MANY MILES ACROSS THE GLOBE. . . . . shocked. . . . . be placed in the vicinity of this minor and connect with her on the most diabolical level of human inter-relationships? undecided

BAD KARMA ON BOTH SIDES AT WORK!*

Yes the name is fulani in origin. He can aswell be from Niger or Chad since fulanis dominate those nations aswell.

@ the bolded, sis what are you saying? undecidedYou're sounding like a religious person.

He raped that girl simply because he is a rapist.
He has a history of sexual deviancy.

He got away with it in Japan and got more brazen and thought he could get away with it in the US.
That is why he left her in the dirt and casually moved on after doing what he did.
That's the reason he got 3 life sentences. He has shown no remorse even on THIS THREAD.

He was in America to live and hustle, most Nigerians don't fly out for a holiday, they fly out to hustle.
Japan was a failed mission and America was his next stop.

There would have been no campaign with or without the Americans.
Remember he was convicted over 3 years ago and had exhausted all this right to appeal?
How many people did Chatinent reach out to?
It would have ended in disgrace.

THIS HAPPENED ON AMERICAN SOIL. Anyone that could have lead such a campaign would have been an American. Not even the Nigerian embassy. Unfortunately for Nigerians and Nairalanders. . . . The Americans were already far more knowledgeable and were already not going to even touch his case with a 10-foot pole. THE REASON HE CAME TO NAIRALAND.

OK. Let me be specific, when I say campaign I mean social media outrage/draggings and protests by Nigerians at home and abroad. Something like the George Floyd/endsars protests.

Remember that the officers in George Floyd's case were arrested due to social pressure.

Bah was hoping something similar- like a retrial or extra appeal- would be done in his name. One moniker here even put the hashtag #justiceforbah on her profile.

In the UK, there is a Nigerian man who had his life sentences reduced to about 15 years because his brother is a celebrity(santan Dave)

Imagine how far that could have snowballed if not for the Americans that had inside information about his case.

Too late for all that.

This is an old case. Social media outrage? On what basis? Sentiments? Remember B.O.A represented himself AT SOME POINT IN THE TRIA AFTER FIRING SERIES OF ATTORNEYS? The most damaging thing you can EVER do to your case.

The only thing that can help is MONEY. Money to use by a high-powered attorney to pick the case bit by bit and turn the verdict on its head to get a lesser sentence.

Are there no Nigerian lawyers on social media?
It is best to have an attorney lead the campaign because THEY KNOW MORE about the case.

But with what is in those transcripts? All you can do is plead down the sentence NOT THE CONVICTION.
There are NO NEW EVIDENCES to produce in this case remember?

As for social media outrage, this case has TRANSCRIPTS. Many have read them but many Nigerians and NLanders will NEVER read them.

You can’t campaign bases on EMOTIONS. The case is tooooooo old.

I used the Buddhist "religious"-philosophy of KARMA. Not religion
Remember I am Agnostically-inclined in my thinking, so religion has no place in my life(I can pick and choose from any religion that I see fit to illustrate my points-the beauty of agnosticism)

The American justice system can identify genetic child molesters. The reason he got LIFE X3 PLUS 76.

Yes, he is only in his late 20’s or 30s. Anyone that can perform all those vile things to a 13 year old or ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER. . . . . Has no salvation. The Japan incident is just too bizarre to comprehend.

Nigerians/black people are naturally emotionally people and Bah took advantage of that

This is just true, this thread was started to exonerate him and win support in the court of public opinion

Chatinent was all out to help him as he sees him as a victim of racist American system

So do dem they exonerate? cheesy
NL is full of mainly lay follk. What did you expect?
They only did what they felt they could, IT WAS NOT IN THEIR POWERS TO EXONERATE HIM. WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY? WITHOUT READING THE TRANSCRIPTS? undecided

On what basis? EMOTIONS?
If you did not read the transcripts, then you could only push for “freedom” based on EMOTIONS!
Is that a crime? Does that mean you are a rapist apologist? NO! You only needed some basic education and having read the transcripts. . . . NLanders the world got better-schooled.

What I did not understand was the level of passion from either side viciously attacking from both sides.

The protagonists were ignorant and passionate.
The Antagonists were sadistic and passionate.
Between all were insults traded back and forth.

Ignorance is bliss remrmber?

NL was just flexing. Outside NL, did you see any other group taking his case to revisit it? AFTER 3 YEARS?

After 3 years? I was just reading and laughing.
Yes, you can exonerate a convicted man, but not on NL or social media.

Ok.

I did read Chatinent's posts. I WOULD NOT HAVE DELETED OR EDITED THEM. I don't know why he did. I would have started another thread based on the new findings available from the provided transcripts.
Because some people decided the US embassy will get a hold of these kinds of exchanges and label you part of a 'rape-apologist' syndicate?
Purely nonsensical.
Those are the words of an emotional mind.
When the rational mind took over. . . . he made a U-turn too. He was simply passionate about the situation.
I did not get any facts on the first thread(prior history of sexual molestation. . . . vs conflicting report that the INTERPOL cleared AOB. UNDER ANOTHER NAME , How were we to know he had CHANGED HIS NAME? undecided), which should have been produced from the beginning of this thread.

That way, people like us would get the true picture of things.

This page should not have got to 60 pages+.

What Chastinent aware of the first thread? Or did he feel A.O.B had some new evidence to produce(which is what I thought was the case).
Between all the digressionary insults derailing the thread, it was quite difficult to follow what was going on or off.

I had to take 3 good days to read BOTH THREADS to gain a full understanding of what was really going on.

All I could see was a lot of 'posturing'. . . .

Since these idiots knew they were lay man, why didn't they shut up and listen to what an expert with inside knowledge had to say??

Why did they only back down when a Japanese poster brought up his prior convictions?

Of course it wasn't within their means to exonerate him, but they were defo ready to apply social pressure.

"Experts" that were posturing and stringing the audience with what they had offline and failed to share? Only when they finally let the world know what they knew did we start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. That is why A.O.B could string the audience along. Because the audience were unaware of a 1200 page transcript. I have NEVER COME ACROSS BOTH THREADS till this past weekend. I had to find out WHY THIS THREAD GOT TO 60 PAGES. . . .Frankly, a waste of my time, but entertaining.

Apply social pressure? After seeing the Japanese poster? shocked
If that poster had appeared on page 1 of this thread. . . . I doubt we would get to page 10 not to mention 60.
Bottom line? Just as the Jury needs facts. . . .the audience needs facts. If you have it. . . PROVIDE IT.
Especially, when you know A.O.B was selling half-lies.
All we kept reading was he was telling lies. . . . . he was found guilty. . . he was full of BS. . . .TILL THE FACTS CAME OUT.
Was A.O. B convincing? . . .Heck yeah!
The reason we have people like 'pastors' all over Africa!

HOW MANY HAD ACCESS TO THE TRANSCRIPTS?

Are you kidding me?

American Gen posted documents revealing his conviction on the part 1 of this topic when he was hesitant to do so.
She posted on the first page an 8 paged document of Bah's defense claiming the DNA testing was inaccurate, not that he didn't do the crime o!

Failed what she had to share? Didn't you see how the NLers ran her off? I doubt a 1200 page transcript could be posted

It's not her fault our people don't like to read. None of them took the time out to read any of the documents American Gen posted.

You are supposed to hear from all sides before making a judgement. Nigerians without expert knowledge thought they knew better.

Crime documentaries have taught me that people who commit terrible crimes like this never want to admit they did it.

Thread #1. . . .Mistaken Identity(FALSE)
Thread #2. . . . #Justice for A.O,O.B.( I am deliberately using A.O.B so my posts do not flag off alerts on the powers that be). wink

We waited till eternity cheesy A.O.B on the other hand, was taunting her with the need to provide the evidence HE ALREADY HAD, BUT FAILED TO DISCLOSE. grin

What we had was an ongoing game of playing cat and mouse.

In the final analysis, IstAG had to provide the necessary info directly OR INDIRECTLY. wink

It is NOT A CRIME TO BE IGNORANT.

Sounds like PSYCHOSIS to me. Not safe to be on the streets no matter the rehabilitation.

KARMA IS THE LAW OF REDISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE. There is no better form of justice than that o. I PREFER THAT TO ANY LEGAL LAW. . . .BECAUSE KARMA IS NEVER WRONG. What you sow. . . .you will reap. kiss
It could be a child, and adult or an eldery. Even a corpse. NO BODY SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THAT, unless your 'chi' has destined it.
If I were that 13 year old. . . .I would need a life-time of therapy myself. Children are most vulnerable, yes.
Violation at any stage in life is just as traumatic.
Na who suffer am go know abi?

Why the 13 year-old? Who knows? Was it her fault. . . .? Who knows. Has she harmed a child in her life prior to this incident? Who knows?
Is her mother or father a rapist? Who knows? ONLY KARMA KNOWS. . .THE REASON I TRUST KARMA. Everybody go collect im own WOTOWOTO!!✅
The child will be traumatized FOR LIFE. . . Just like an old woman who faced the same calamity. Rape is no joke!

A man in his 20s or 30s is just starting life o. He has not seen anything yet. An adult yes, but not a full grown adult who has learned quite a bit in life to make amends, and has time to repent.

Why the 13 year-old? Who knows. Was it her fault. . . .? Who knows. Has she harmed a child in her life prior to this incident? Who knows?
Is her mother or father a rapist? Who knows? ONLY KARMA KNOWS. . .THE REASON I TRUST KARMA.

E choke? cheesy

Na me write am. . . . Look me well again. I have way past the sympathetic or empathetic phases of this thread.

I am a very philosophical being. . . .not here to be carried away by sentiments from a heinous crime.
I like to probe the causative factors of events more existentially.
Everyone has their 'fixes'. . . and what turns them on or off.
I am not carried away by the nature of the crime or the type of convicts.
THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN EVERYDAY. . . and will keep happening.

Let the law courts do their jobs. . . I am more interested in WHY THESE THINGS KEEP HAPPENING AMONGST US.

Why did Mr. AOB. get the kind of sentence he received. . . .when people like these exist?

You can play it on Youtube. These convicts did not even get half of what Mr. AOB received.

WHY?. . . . KARMA!!! No, Mr AOB's sentence was not harsh. . . .HIS KARMA decided his sentence for him. . . because of his past KARMA. All the justice that escaped his family lineage. . . he will have to pay for.

SHIKENA!

You can only watch it on youtube directly. Look at what he did?

THIS IS A NINE YEAR-OLD BOY! undecided

If you think children are innocent. . . well? You will have to re-define your parameters of innocence.
Tomorrow when this 9 YEAR-OLD grows up and his own daughter is vandalized, he too will come on this kind of thread and be castigating people like the convicted felon.

Make we check ourselves I beg. If somethings happen to me or my loved ones at this stage in my lives. . . . I will not even ask questions.

I will be SEARCHING MYSELF! kiss kiss kiss

That is ok too.
But we all know he is Pablo Escobar's son.
Who is 'GrandPa Bah"?
Where did A. O. B have his early childhood education? Who did he live with. He has travelled to 'many' countries. This dude is of above average intelligence mind you. What intrigues me is that he has a very sketchy background. According to him, he is a HUSBAND AND A FATHER OF 2 SONS? Where is his wife? People MUST KNOW THEM.

Even Amoda Ogunlere can be traced to BAT. Somebody MUST know you in this NIGERIA!

Lol grin

Here in the US, I have the credentials necessary to help those in need.. When I first replied to the original thread, I had all intentions of helping however that ended when the deceptive nature of the party soliciting help became clear.

I am not here to convince but instead provide missing pieces to the puzzle as well as withheld information. The documents I uploaded pertain to the information supplied in the OP.

While laymen may not derive meaning, any good Law Professional, Physician, or perhaps even STEM professional will be able to discern the truth of the matter after examining the documents I have provided.

Please note the date of the order I provided as well as the date of the conviction.

Good luck and God Bless

You are a quack lawyer if this is how you draw your conclusions. And, I doubt you are actively practicing as a lawyer in the US. You are a pure disgrace to the profession

For your own good, if you are not a US attorney, don't reply me further to save yourself from disgrace.

You would agreed with me that most people here have passed their judgements based on emotions

In the court, emotions does not work......facts does

I do have the facts in my favour
What do you expect? You don't table such a sensitive case in a forum such as this. Stop posting on Nairaland expecting a good Samaritan to take up your case. It won't work! Most people here do not have the license to do so, not even 1stGenAmerican. She's a quack, and lying about possessing the license to defend you. Some illiterates here even called her a judge. How pathetic?

Justwise - one of the guys that condemned you stupidly - is not a lawyer. He's just a mod residing in the UK. Can you see how helpless you have become by running to a forum to seek for help?

This is what you should do

Write to NGOs, University Law Clinics, and Associations you belong to in Nigeria and US. They will be more willing to look into your case and draw facts instead of prejudice.

If you claim you're innocent, then I would say "stay strong ", and don't give up just yet.

Hi, good morning.

If you are trying to cross a blind man to the other side of a river, who would you likely concentrate on? The one offering a boat and saddling the blind to a possible location on land to find his balance or the one talking about you explaining the type of blindness the man has and how you should learn to explain it to the crocodiles the man is blind?

Even if at a point you become tired or sad about the crocodiles, does it mean you need to discuss with the crocodiles?
The mistake he made is sharing too much here. Most competent criminal defense attorneys would avoid him over the information he divulged here. What does he expect Nairalanders to do? Imagine 1stGenAmerican claiming she has the license to defend him whereas, it's all lies. She's just another quack that wouldn't pass for affidavit and binding contracts. Imagine how irritated I felt when I read what a so called lawyer typed. How shameful! Anyway, I have told him what to do.

I wish he knew some of the people condemning him here are mere pepper sellers, mechanics, food vendors, forum moderators, unemployed youths and many more.

How pathetic!
