Is It really A Crime To Publicly Accuse Someone Of Bribing A Police Man/woman, and can the accuser be arrested and sued by the accused?

bribery is a crime...so for anyone to accuse someone of a crime,you should have very strong evidence,if the evidence is not strong enough the case would be thrown out..and if you don't have any evidence at all,it becomes defamation of character,which you will be sued for.. .

Now, accusing someone of giving bribe to the police is a two way problem for the person making such allegation because accusing the police of taking bribe without evidence is a big case ..so if that case is taken up...your neighbor will have both the person he/she accused of giving bribe and the police which in this case is dragged Into the case as the receiving party of the bribe
