Any health practitioners in the house, I need help on this tooth acne, this pains starts few months ago, I have been using all sorts of cures and tooth paste, both traditional and foreign.
Whenever I try to chew something in that part of my teeth it pains alot, no Matter how soft the food is.
I notice if I suck saliva on that particular tooth it pains to the extent that I will have to pause whatever am doing for few minute for the pain to die down.
Am already getting tired, am considering visiting a dentist, even if the next step is to remove the tooth, I don't mind at this time, I want to ask any dentist /doctors or anybody that has any knowledge on this particular issue.
Additional note, Whenever I tampered with that useless tooth and It starts paining me, to drink ordinary water either warm or cold na war.

Any suggestions on cure or drugs to use to reduce or stop the pain is welcomed.
I later notice there is a hole in the tooth.

Sorry about the pain though but you should visit the hospital for filling, they’ll need to fill the hole so the pain can subside

Oga go for tooth extraction, if not you will still be in pains no matter the kind of medication u are going to take. That teeth is demage. Even after filling it will still open

Drugs can only stop the pain temporary. The teeth Is damaged and should be extracted or refill.. Depend on how bad it is
