The master minder of the kidnap has also been arrested by security forces while efforts are ongoing to arrest the others. The situation is still being monitored at the moment. Video attached. 1 Share

That Okigwe axis is their hideout and a perfect one as it transverses 3 states, IMO, Abia and Enugu making it easier for them to move into any of the 3 states easily. |
