Hello everyone,

I have a question on VFS return courier. My sister forgot to get a DHL return courier for her passport. What would happen when the process is done? Will VFS automatically send it to us with their courier services or can we request DHL pickup?

I should have dropped this earlier but the festivities and the magnitude of the joy of receiving PPR for my Spouse and my Son carry me go where I no know.

This whole Japa of a thing started late 2021 when some of my Spouse friends started moving to the United Kingdom. She even got admission into one of the Universities in the Uk before she changed her mind that we should try Canada instead. However, I have already developed an interest in migrating to the Uk after I discovered many of my folks are there already as well. Moving forward, we contacted an agent based in Canada to help in securing an admission for her and packaged her application but Omo, the cost was too enormous. We later got the admission through him but I had a change of mind after I came across this thread. Although to be honest, I am not good at writing so attempting Her SOP would be a disaster, Hence I contacted Mr. Frank of F&R GLOBAL to handle the application and that was the best decision I took in the year 2022. I did my background check for weeks on Mr. Frank which came out PASSED before we proceeded into the full business. There was this statement from Mr. Frank when we were talking via the phone on that blessed morning. " He said if I collect your money and block you, the police will be running after me, I won't have time to attend to other clients" I can assure you working with this man has been a blessing to my entire family because of his professionalism and humility.

Furthermore, I sent a lot of messages and webforms chai... I was following the protocols of not spamming them with messages even after the application have past the 12 weeks standard processing time. But when I read @rexokemute story, Omo I started firing messages and webforms to ROME,BEIJING,LAGOS,LONDON,ABUJA,NAIROBI,RROC and even the Main IRCC. In fact I was so tense that I even sent one message unconsciously on Saturday to NAIROBI and that was when I received the scary warning message from Nairobi to withhold my messages or else...Omo my heart beats heavily and I could not even inform my wife about it because she has already stylishly warned me not to bombard them with emails. I noticed the Eligibility review started for both of them immediately after the main IRCC forwarded my webform message dated 14th of December, 2022 to Nairobi, because I could see that from the warning message they sent to me on the 17th of December,2022, That must have triggered the officer in charge to open up the files. Hi Good day all,

I was served breakfast now now but I am a bit unclear in somethings.

I used the NEW IRCC portal and first i am surprised at the speed at which my application was processed and refused.
see details and please advice

Upfront medicals: 8th Decmber 2022 (IOM)
Application date: 20th December 2022
biometrics : 28th December 2022
Eligibility started and ended: 3 Jan 2023
final decesion: 3 Jan 2023
refusal : 3rd January 2023
refusal comment: Your Assets and financial situation is insufficient to support stated of travel.

I had paid my tuition deposit of 2650 and also applied for Form A to pay full 1 year tution of 19k as it was a scholarship that is paying for my tuition and program is for two years. submitted all my employment documents, bank statement of 16m et.c though the form A school fees has not been processed by my bank yet due to queue but i uploaded the application receipt.

But i observed that my medicals was not updated even untill now . Am worried that i may not have gotten something right because my application was processed under 2 weeks and was refused.

Your advice will be appreciated.

Anyone can help give an answers to my questions please..... Good day everyone and compliments of this great seasons. Please I would appreciate if anyone could help give a clear answers to this my question.
I have a bachelor's degree in political science (second class upper) but currently working with a Fintech firm (Technical operations dept) for the past five yrs
Questions:
1. Do I apply for a program related to my current work experience?
2. Am considering to apply for a masters degree in political science since I already had a first degree in pol science but my concerns is that wouldn't the V.O see this as a Red flag
3. Programs I have seen so far related to my work experience are all Diploma and certificate's program of 1yr won't this be seen as a Red flag from the V.O if I choose to option for this having known I already have bachelor degree and then switching to a diploma or cert program which is lower than the already acquired degree.

Please your directions will be much appreciated. Thanks[/quote]

Sorry Skills, Your application did not pass the background checks imo. Without prejudice to what the GCMS notes will contain (Apply for CBSA GCMS notes immediately) check the issues below

1. What kind of scholarship are you referring to? Was it from the school or another body? If there was scholarship, why are you paying tuition?
2. How dependents do you have?
3. Do you have unexplained lump sums in your account?
4. How did you structure your SOP?
5. Did you send MBS or normal statement?

Share yours answers then we can build on these, but sharply apply for the notes. This is just a bump, we go again.

Order for a GCMS NOTE, and in your next application don’t use the new portal, the new portal is operated by bots, and they’re likely to refuse visa’s

Please your directions will be much appreciated. Thanks

1. Do I apply for a program related to my current work experience? - Your best bet will be to apply along your work experience for masters or graduate certificate programme, but you have to find a way to explain the pivot in your SOP.
2. Am considering to apply for a masters degree in political science since I already had a first degree in pol science but my concerns is that wouldn't the V.O see this as a Red flag- I doubt you will see any University that will give you admission based on your first degree since you graduate more than five years ago. Most Universities give students admission after long period of graduation due their work experience.
3. Programs I have seen so far related to my work experience are all Diploma and certificate's program of 1yr won't this be seen as a Red flag from the V.O if I choose to option for this having known I already have bachelor degree and then switching to a diploma or cert program which is lower than the already acquired degree. - Look for graduate certificate, this is progression from B/SC. If you have the funds you can pursue 2-year programme, if not go for 1 year.

I don't think it has any thing to do with the portal. It also happened to my friend who used the old portal. She still have her school fees pending on form A and attached the evidence but was refused. She then reapplied 3 days after the rejection attaching the fee receipt that already went through, did a table of contents for her docs, attached my bank statement again and also did a table to explain her financial capability, explained all lump sum in her Loe etc. Application was approved 11 days after she reapplied and 14days after the first rejection.

You need to fund your account, what you have there is not enough to cover the fees. Reach out to the bank to know how much you need to add.

I think the VO does not understand the scholarship, probably they expect that the money should have been paid to the school directly. What I will advise is
1. Wait for the form to be processed so that the school will have the full tuition, then you can upload the tuition receipt.
2. Get all documents related to the scholarship and add to your next application if you did not add it before.
3. In your LOE in the next application, have a POF table and plug the sources of funds and the expenses they will cover.
4. Sometime ago there a post here that said IRCC sometimes do not give much credence to funds saved in MFBs, (this is not to scare you) what you can do is get a reference letter from them to state that the funds are readily available to you or liquidate the investment and buy USD at the parallel market and buy GIC and show that for living expenses.

IRCC recently employed new staff, so new applications are being treated faster, while they are clearing old applications. That is why processing time has dropped from 12 weeks to 9 weeks, if they keep up with this pace we should expect 1 month processing. For the CBSA notes reach out to ANON123 on this forum, he can help you out or search on google to get the orgs that can request for you. You can share the notes with me so we put our heads together on it after you get it.

Bobomaigida:

IRCC recently employed new staff, so new applications are being treated faster, while they are clearing old applications. That is why processing time has dropped from 12 weeks to 9 weeks, if they keep up with this pace we should expect 1 month processing. For the CBSA notes reach out to ANON123 on this forum, he can help you out or search on google to get the orgs that can request for you. You can share the notes with me so we put our heads together on it after you get it.

Okay thanks for your help

Pls what and what is required from such a sponsor? Let’s say he has enough money to do so. Is it just d sponsorship letter nd his SOA?

1. Enough funds to cover the students' tuition and living expenses for at least one year.
2. Evidence of relationship with the students like pictures taken together, old transactions by the sponsors for the students.
