Just reduse the daily intake, maybe 2or 3 times a week will go a long way..

But op, I've done things in my power to stop gambling, even vowed and curse my self if I ever go near it again but it doesn't work, rather it'll make it worse..

I've gone six months without gambling and I was happy and living fine, but all of a sudden when I thought I've arrived I was dragged back and this time around I had to pay for all those months i didn't gambler with my blood and sweats.

Just this year, I've lost over 100k to bet, virtual precisely..very devilish thing..

So plz how did u stop it? Help Brother because I can't continue like this, I need to settle down and I don't see myself doing it if I still gamble..
