I practice what I preach. Add malt to it. Take one can and mix with malt on a daily. After some months, your skin will glow brightly. Some days, I opt for 1 litre of yoghuty instead of milk. I've been doing ths for four years now. Have a look at the images to confirm.

You think that thing in the tin you call peak milk is real milk? You should see how that shit is produced or what is inside,.eewww! embarassed

and then the tin stays in the box for 1 month, and on the shop shelf for maybe another 6 months before you buy and open the tin. You are looking at atleast 1 year. Why do you think the tin has an expiry date on it?

If you want milk go look for fresh milk.

Yes! You can drink fresh milk everyday, atleast 1 glass either with tea or on it's own, the fresh milk should last atleast 1 week from the day it was obtained from the cow, after 1 week it should be thrown away or preserved and turned into cheese.

No amount of fresh milk is too much to drink. But that shit in a tin peak milk or Carnation milk are Not milk, contains less milk or even no milk atall, read the content it would say from milk extract, some of these tin milk are genetically modified, Cloned. GM food.

This was how my works... firstly get your self three bottles of beer..get in your room...lock your doors nd windows..play a loud music then get your self naked... I'm talking about Gospel song...get a knife with you .... after consuming they those drinks nd get intoxicated....get the knife slice your thumb so deep that you feel they pains...then find a way to cry, try going on a deep thought for like 2hours then you will realized what gambling is about....roll on de floor nd scream loud..

After that get some sleep... immediately you wake up ... staying quiet, Moody for 10hours ...

You will definitely stop it..

If it's too much it can cause acne on your skin due to the lactose consumed too much... It can cause cancer and it can also cause digestive system problems... Too much of anything is not good even drinking too much water is bad

I was researching milk extensively on google some time ago and I came across a research that says drinking milk excessively and directly (without it being in another food) is linked to cancer. The research also said many countries where citizen drink milk regularly have cancer incident a lot while a particular country where they don't consume milk have no cancer incident at all. Google it to verify.
