They don't know what hit us in the SE region, same with Maranthan University which has been relocated to Lagos from the same Mgbidi. Am glad clarity and reality is beginning to dawn on the terrorist sympathizers.

They relocated cause of the insecurities?

Yes, the workers of the factory where continuously harassed by IPOB members for them to pay some money.

The security personnels of the University where killed for no just reason.

My happiness is that the buildings are still there and not destroyed maybe in few years time they can be reactivated.

Owerri is the finest city in the SE for sure, arguably the South minus parts of Lagos if you want to count that.

Sure, you could not be more correct. It has the beautiful women the creator sculpted too.

Ask their members on this forum bunch of terrorist.

The state government is doing great in conjunction with the security operatives, Mgbidi is safe now ironically the investors has already left, hopefully security continues to improve going forward.

Just watched a video online where late Prof Dora Akunyili said Peter Obi as gov of Anambra state
embarked on public water supply system in many locations of Anambra state. I am aware that gov Umahi built a multi million Dollar surface water supply system in Ebonyi State, like the type completed by late Mbakwe in Owerri but half completed in Okigwe.

Since 2011, Imo state has been blessed or cursed with governors (except Emeka Ihedioha), who tell themselves LIES: governors who tell themselves lies that cities, urban and rural areas are not provided with treated portable water supply system; set of governors who tell themselves the LIE that private water borehole system is a substitute for treated portable water supply system; after they stole money that should provide treated portable water supply system and forced the citizens to did private water boreholes.
This your subtle campaign for Ihedioha shaa

Imo state budget 2023 PDF

https://www.imostate.gov.ng/IMSG/Common/Services/SFTAS_1?ID=2023_3

After studying the budget
Key salient points are thus:

* Imo state government will rehabilitate the flyovers for 4.2billion

* New refinery project in the offling

* Multi level carpark will be completed

* Centenary tower project is been reactivated probably a PPP

* Pipeline construction to industrial layout

* Onitsha industrial layout to rehabilitated

* IICC will be rehabilitated for 1.5bn

* Improved road construction especially economic routes and markets.

* New market at okigwe.

* Specialized hospitals like psychiatric etc

* I00m for abandoned hospitals probably a PPP arrangement.

* Relocation of police HQ and prison is assured with 60m.

* Export processing zone and agriculture processing zone.

* Industrial park at ohaji in focus.

* Leather market Ngor okpala.

*Imo FTZ Ngor okpala

* Prospects in SPP and Dams.

Overall the budget is good, am very happy with the team that produced it, but exclusion of Okigwe Orlu road speaks volume.

Kudos to Onwa Oyoko and his Economic team.
my only issue is the rehabilitation of flyover. 4.2 billion to rehabilitate Flyover is very criminal? How much to build a brand new state of the art one ?

I believe the funds will also cover the rehabilitation of 10 lane spibat road which is the adjoining road to the the flyovers
