Hardly before you see any untarred road in portharcourt metropolitan area with expanding cities of buguma,bonny,oyigbo,eleme etc.

Okigwe road is not dual carriage, except on the urban areas of Owerri and okigwe. Orlu road is a complete 6lane if probably marked so it's not tiny.
