Hello friends pls Anglia Ruskin university refused my admission today , I just feel depressed, I tried reapplying but there is no button shown for me to reapply again, this is very disappointing after waiting for so long.

I am Sorry about your case but if you read the Caseworker guide which I read a trillion times before helping my MA submit. You will see where they wrote that the caseworker has the right to refuse you without requesting for extra documents when he/she is certain the funds aren't met. He/she can only rely on evidential flexibility by sending NSF if you also showed another POF in another account name and clarity is not given. He/she is mandated not to seek further evidence when such clarity or document won't change his/her decision especially when the initial application dint meet the required standard to score the 10 points for POF. I don't know your particular case as I just replied to your last message. My advice is to seek clarification from an immigration lawyer or agent with similar experience before going on an Administrative review. It is only turned over when the Caseworker CLEARLY made an error and from your comment that is not an error..

My advice resend the bank statement from 28days prior to the application till date and a cover letter to explain the errors from the ECO, attach screenshot of relevant guidance on UKVI site(I assume you know where to find this)

I received 2nd NSF today, just like the first, no document requested..... It's been 41days since Bio (7th December) No decision, no brp mail, no nothing, documents still at DMC. Deadline to enroll for course is 13th February.

Since then they have not made decision. I have escalated ot through paid mails and calls. They are just saying it has been escalated.

Does reference letter from gtb or bank affect the processing?

We have a daughter that's in University outside of Nigeria, she is 17, she was denied UK visit visa twice because ECO states that he doesn't believe she is going on a visit

Her siblings have had UK and Schenghen visas

They were all dependents in our application, but she submitted her application from her base, while we did ours from Nigeria just with a day difference (hers was earlier)

MA has arrived UK while the others are planning to join soon but she alone doesn't have her decision made yet

We did a paid mail and were told that it will be escalated

Please what could be the issue that only her is having this issue (she also didn't do TB test cos it is not a requirement where she is based

Also, can we touch our POF? Applications were submitted since 21st December and everyone else have a decision except her

Should we still leave the POF, pending when ger decision is made?

Your wealth of experience in shedding a light on this will be appreciated

I did a paid call yesterday to UkVI because yesterday was the 10th working day after decision has been made. The agent said I will get my documents by mid week, I told her to be specific and she said Thursday.

Is she still studying? How does she intend to finish her studies?

I don't see an issue if you provided all the documents needed and declared the previous refusals.

If the reason for touching your POF is for Uni then please keep the evidence for it (i.e rent ,fees or bills) just incase it is requested for.

We don't plan for her to abandon her studies, we just want her to be able to come during her holidays as there won't be anyoneto go back to Nigeria to meet during her holidays

If it’s rejected visa (denied visa), then yeah you can apply for the same school to renew your admission.

If it’s rejected by the school. Then I will advise you to try another Univeristy.

In all, read the rejected letter to understand the reason for refusal (whether visa or university). Then if you can address the reason, I am sure you will get the offer or visa.
