So your siblings were beneficiaries of a corrupt Government recruitment process?

Isn't that what fixing means?

Don't even try to twist. What you meant was that the man favoured them during the recruitment exercise at the expense of other better applicants or they were recruited through the backdoor.

But you are always quick to point out Tinubu's corruption when people close to you have it incorporated in them. grin grin
lol, an average Nigerian is a fraudster by nature

They re only angry and sad because they re not the one benefiting from the fraud

This is the hard truth and I stand by it

If that’s what fixing means to u, then that’s fine .

For those interested in what happened back then, INEC and NPC recruit AD-Hoc staff by asking senior civil servants to bring in young school leavers to submit their O’levels and face an interview panel .

Normally I don’t feed trolls and would’ve easily ignored this mention, but I just wish to set the records straight for reasonable folks who read beyond political agenda

Mr Tinubu2023's timing was wrong. Blueray's case is not an example to pass that point, although he has a point.

Firstly, there are no better qualified persons for being INEC or NPC ad-hoc staff. The job is mostly a first-come,first-serve basis.

There is nothing special in an adhoc job; Just be able to count and write. So unless Blueray is one dumb illiterate, he was/is qualified.

And yes, staff of INEC are allowed to fill in the sheets. Like i said, it is not a technical job. Anybody can do it

You are a very very dangerous liar.

INEC and NPC requesting that senior civil servants submit or bring candidates for a recruitment exercise is a clear case of corruption, nepotism and recruitment fraud. Don't even argue it. The recruitment process was advertised on TV's, radio and newspapers, why should senior civil servants be specifically requested to bring in candidates if not that those candidates will have an extra advantage. Why was that offer not open to junior civil servants like drivers and cleaners?

The reason your sibling went and bought an appreciation gift for this senior civil servant in question was because he knew The man actively influenced the recruitment process in his favour.

Just accept that your close sibling is a beneficiary of a corrupt recruitment process and you saw nothing wrong with it. You were even trying to spin the situation you narrated, you think people here are dumb or what?

To answer you, I am not a troll.

Yes, anybody can do it.

Yes, it's a case of first-come-first-serve.

Can you deny that even when an ordinary literate Nigerian apply early, he can't be replaced unjustly for an applicant who was "fixed" by a senior civil servant late into the recruitment exercise?

You might say the average Nigerian flouts rules because he can get away with it most times but the average Nigerian is by no means a fraudster. Flouting rules like not obeying traffic rules or jumping a queue doesn't equate fraud.

You and your ilk by no means represent everyday Nigerians. And for me and millions of most Nigerians who have never defrauded anyone, I take exception to your labeling.

This nonsense stereotyping is why Nigerian service providers have to cross countless accountability hurdles unlike their counterparts to get the same thing others get.

Defraud who you will but don't think most of us are the same as you.

You will come here and wail about Tinubu corruption but your own close siblings have been beneficiaries of a corrupt Government job recruitment since the early 2000's.

Who knows what other government jobs they have been FIXED for by senior civil servants after that? grin but their brother will come here criticising Tinubu's corruption. cool

Like i said, you struck too early...

To be an INEC Adhoc, go to the INEC office in your LG and write your name; first-come,first-serve.

The moment the number is up, the recruitment
is over, even if it took 5 minutes.

So, if the literate Nigerian writes his name, he will be accepted.

Even in elections, you'll see people in your neighbourhood doing adhoc.

lol, I'll still say this again

80% of Nigerians are fraudsters by DNA

10% who are mad at fraudsters are mad because they aren't the direct or indirect beneficiary of fraud

10% is what I may vouch for that doesn't maybe like fraud or something.. but with more pressure.. they will queue in

I said this with my full chest

I don't know which part of Nigeria you reside but this is untrue.

INEC and NPC ad-hoc recruitment is always keenly contested especially in Southern Nigeria. Even though INEC naturally prefers NYSC candidates, some don't even get it. Some political party men usually have candidates they influence for recruitment sev.

You are even here saying INEC ad-hoc recruitment is 100% first-come-first-serve. I say an outright "NO" to that.

I grew up watching my neighbours kids do ad hoc, even when they haven't gone to the university

At least, you saw the PVC registration. Did those people look like corpers to you?

Have you gone to the PVC collection centres at the Ward level? Are those people NYSC members to you?

I don't know about now that they register online, but back then, INEC just needed you to write your name

Sadio Mané influenced Bayern Munich to sign his childhood friend over others waiting to be.

Did he explore his advantage because he could? Yes. Did he defraud anyone? No. Compare it to the BluRay post about INEC adhoc job.

UK PM flouted a traffic rule? Did he commit fraud?

You are a self-confessed fraudster. Everyone still engages you here at intervals. But by no means think because we do, everyone here condones fraud or commits fraud. Or it's because Nigerians are typically fraudsters.

You can continue with your back-and-forth now to quieten the bickering voices in your head but you and yours are a small fraction of Nigerians - you do not represent the majority.

You are missing my point.

I say it confidently that INEC and NPC recruits some of their ad-hoc staff on merit either by the first-come-first-serve basis or literacy basis or whatever basis they choose, there are also some who get this recruitment by FIXING from a senior civil servant.

Whoever that gets fixed by a civil servant is defrauding the system. Simple.

Izuchukwu, this thing is obvious. Forget that I am supporting Tinubu or pushing agenda.😀😀

You can easily tell the person behind the moniker is juvenile . INEC ad-hoc staff being majorly NYSC became a thing around 2010. Prior to that period Ad-hoc staff were recruited directly by INEC staff and senior civil servants who are charged with bringing O’level holders who will go through the normal training .

I already know he’s a troll and I can see our own Darlington Okafor trying to say 80% of Nigerians are into fraud as if that makes him sleep well at night . I no too get their time today . Just ignore them.
