Naira was doing very well against the dollar due to those factors. Imaging 20 billion US dollars leaving your reserve. Jonathan messed up. Then the difference between black market price of dollar and official rate is not much. I think 2 naira or something I might be mistaken here. Jonathan messed up our reserve.
