When 2019 was looking like a defeat waiting to happen due to his poor performance during his first term, he sent Osinbajo on a nationwide tour sharing trader money to the poor and the most vulnerable citizens. That was clear vote buying, but APC members defended it and told us that the money is for social intervention.
