With the break of the recent swing low HL, gold has shifted structure. Meaning the corrective phase has started, which should be confirmed by a lower high.

I believe this is a Big flex in trading, less trade still profitable… the goal is to stay profitable.

You must trade demo like you're trading live, trade demo like your whole existence depends on it and build that winning mindset. The difference between live and demo trading is your mindset.

If you're trading just to survive, then you won't last in fx business.
Are you sure u are a trader? He totally made sense, survival is the key to consistency. The longer ur account survives the longer u are exposed to the tricks and matrix of the market which will make u become an experienced trader...I could remember when I acquired my first prop account, I blew it within 2 weeks cuz of bad risk management. I got the second and started risking 0.2% , I wasn't making much but I was happy .

We need to consider account variance, remember is a numbers game, so man needs to be disciplined and take your setups with good risk management. The more valid setups you take the more u allow the edge to play out... Let's not forget is a probability game .


My worst week ever since last 6months, lost 4%,
Lessons learnt: Trade according to ur plan, if u go against it, u will surely pay for that.

We move stronger ✌️💪

Trade a tithe (one tenth) of your account such that the market needs to go against you one thousand (1,000) pips before your account crashes/implodes.
For every $100 capital, trade 0.01 lot size
For every $200 capital, trade 0.02 lot size
For every $1,000 capital, trade 0.10 lot size
Stick with major currencies only (the best of them averages less than 150 pips per day).
Take only one position.
That's it!
