I am lawyer and I cannot fathom any legal or jurisprudential basis for the Supreme Court’s decision in the Ahmed Lawan case.

What kind of country do we want to build? What is really going on in Nigeria? How long do we keep praying for things to get better while critical institutions of state have been destroyed.

Ahmed Lawan did not even participate in the APC primaries. What kind of message is the Supreme Court sending out? Are they not scared of the public’s perception of that institution? If these kind of decisions can consistently be handed down, then what is the benefit of the rule of law and democracy?

It’s easy to give banana to a monkey, but it is very difficult to collect it back. We made a mistake by falling into the hands of radical islamists in the APC. Like anything that has to do with Islam, you have to fight it very hard. Christians in Nigeria are too soft and we may have lost Nigeria.

While you’re getting your PVC, please endeavor to process your passport. Our children don’t deserve to live in this kind of country.

We will try our best to make sure Obi wins but I know these Islamists will never relinquish power. The Nigerian people should still try their possible best to come out and vote Peter Obi. Let’s give it one final push.

Even of Peter Obi wins, he can only do little.
What this country needs is a revolution that will bring about weak centre, or total dissolution.

Aliero also benefited from this kind of judgement in Kebbi state, or didn't you hear about the case?

The NWC have the final say on who will represent the party in any political position.

The NWC told the Supreme Court Farouk Lawan is the legitimate candidate for the senatorial position.

I still don’t understand. I need to read the judgment and the electoral act to understand their judgment.

But the vibes coming out of that court is bad for public confidence in the electioneering process.

At times, judicial preference for narrowing grounds of judgment that allows the court to arrive at what it feels should be the correct decision should be jettisoned. The courts, especially the apex court, should look at the larger social impact it’s judgments will have on the nation.

For instance, the US Supreme Court refused to take all the applications for review of the unconstitutional steps taken by states in the conduct of the election because the court did not want to enter in the fray of the election and set a bad precedent. The legally correct step would have been for the US Supreme Court to take those cases and invalidate the votes of millions of Americans but it refused in order to protect its legitimacy before the American people.

Why can’t courts in Nigeria adopt that approach?

Sincerely, as a lasgidi bred, I no fear Tinubu o.
Infact, if he wins i go still enjoy because of my yoruba cliq at the helms.

Na that shettima be my problem.
That man na very very wicked man.See, that man is more ambitious than Tinubu, he may kill him.

Even as Tinubu is weak, Shetimma is supposed to stand in his place on any debate. After the mock, you noticed APC issued a non- debate collaboration. Tinubu began his town hall meetings....

Looking at it, I wonder why Shetimma will allow Tinubu work that hard! What is he doing? Them insult am reach wetin Tinubu dey swallow on the daily?Wicked man.

If you're talking about Evil, look no further. Shetimma is EVIL.

Bros, just calm down. Let Obi win first and they refuse to transmit power to him. Then, it means to your tent, O Israel!

When Oyetola and Uzodinma were declared winners in their states, I was deeply worried, but Peter Obi will be their greatest undoing! We want this country to work for all.

For me, I take it more personally maybe because I’m zealous for my faith. If APC wins the election, it means Islam won and Christians lost. I can’t raise children in an Islamic country because I fear that religion.

I’m a yoruba man too but I don’t care about tribe because Tinubu doesn’t represent yoruba values and he’s the worst of all the contestants.

It’s a do or die election for me.

APC and PDP senators and reps must not return to the NASS house if we want to develop this country by any chance.

I pray we forcefully reject them oooo. The point is that they think Nigeria is theirs for the taking and we can’t do anything about it. Nigeria has always been corrupt, but we now have the added problem of the Muslims in Nigeria wanting to turn it into an Islamic country by forcefully taking over every critical institution in the country. And some Muslims wonder why Christians fear Muslims? What exactly is good in that religion?

Nigerians are in for it and I really want to see how we will get ourselves out of this mess we have found ourselves.

Tinubu is not worst that Atiku.
The MM Ticket was his greatest undoing because, I'm in Abuja and I no go lie, hausa fulani has taken over every thing here.

The former FIRS boss when he noticed he was about to be sacked pushed lots of Southerners, majority were Yoruba.

Did you know that the next FIRS BOSS remove some,my neighbour was just lucky, maybe because its a general that put her there.

Guess what, the general is a northerner.

See, I don't want Tinubu to win, I also don't want Atiku to win. IF Tinubu loses and Obi loses, let the country burn.

The mistake Tinubu made was not clinching the 2015 ticket, that was his porridge he sold to Buhari. Because as it is now, that same buhari now is working to bring in another fulani man.

We Southerners are stupid.

Nigeria no be USA, every country with their different system.

In Israel, the parliament is working on a law that will give Netanyahu the power to set aside The Isreali Supreme Court Judgement. The Israeli parliament is already working towards it.

Imagine make our National Assembly give Buhari the power to set aside The Supreme Court Judgement

As for Tinubu, he’s an aberration to Nigerians. How can that kind of person be Nigerian president? If he wins, it means character, integrity and honesty doesn’t mean anything in Nigeria and we will become a pariah nation. How can a nation of 200 million people have a drug dealer and thug as the President?

The Nigerian passport will further become an object of derision and ridicule at every port of entry in the world for having a criminal as president. We have to do everything legally possible to avoid that predicament.

Yes, I don’t like him at all. No reasonable person should like that kind of person.

As any Supreme Court decision is more than a mere judgment. It’s legal and judicial policy. So it’s not just an APC matter. That precedent will guide lower courts in their resolution of future electoral disputes.

See until there's a drastically revolution that will put the country in total lockdown between the South, MB against core North, we are going nowhere.

When I saw - I am getting tired, I know where you are heading.

Peter Obi is part and parcel of the destroyers of this country just as you are. Nigerians are suspects in every country in the world and continues to be. At the risk of death penalty, they have not stop invading other countries.

Where is your welcome mat as you like to fool yourselves?

Until you revolt against your oppressors as others in those countries you love did and build your own country. No Black man will be respected or even welcomed anywhere in the world.

If you like, loot your father, mother and country you will remain at the bottom of the caste system forever.
