Former President Donald Trump blasted the Club for Growth on Tuesday after his name was left off the guest list for the conservative anti-tax organization's annual donor retreat.

"The Club For NO Growth, an assemblage of political misfits, globalists, and losers, fought me incessantly and rather viciously during my presidential run in 2016," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. "They said I couldn't win, I did, and won even bigger in 2020, with millions of more votes than '16, but the Election was Rigged & Stollen."

Trump's remarks come a day after Club for Growth President David McIntosh said nominating Trump to be the GOP candidate in 2024 would diminish the Republican Party's chances of winning the presidency.

He said that the six potential GOP presidential nominees who were invited to this year's event were Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, former Vice President Mike Pence, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.

The Club for Growth was once among Trump's staunchest allies. While critical of Trump in 2016, the conservative group supported his reelection campaign and was among one of the biggest backers of Republican lawmakers who sought to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Since the midterm elections, the Club for Growth has gone all-in for DeSantis, Trump's biggest Republican rival.

On the eve of Trump's 2024 announcement, the group released internal polling that showed the former president trailing behind DeSantis in a head-to-head primary match-up. The governor has yet to launch a formal bid for the White House.

On Monday, McIntosh also suggested that the Republicans' disappointing midterm results had largely to do with the former president, arguing that "Trump was on the ballot."

"The last three elections show he's lost," McIntosh said.

"I worry that when we get into a general election if Trump is the nominee, [the Democrats are] going to be able to take a chunk of Republican votes," he added.

The party is very divided and the Moderates or RINO or Never Trumper or Establishment or Deep state or Swamp or Republican voters against Trump or whatever name the fringe can come up with will never be able to stop Trump from snatching the GOP presidential primary ticket. Black ranchers and US Marines Corps couple claim ‘terrorism’ by white neighbors in El Paso County

A viral controversy in El Paso County is quickly gaining attention nationwide. Black ranchers are claiming they’ve been “terrorized” by their white neighbors and others in the predominately white neighborhood.

The allegations involve trespassing, vandalism, racial slurs, brandishing weapons and animal cruelty. Their story took another twist Monday morning when the rancher, Courtney Mallery, was arrested and held in jail. The black ranchers in Colorado were arrested on stalking charges after claiming that they have been the victims of an intimidation campaign orchestrated by white neighbors and law enforcement.

In a statement this week, the Mallerys said: ' Unfortunately, there are still corrupt police and racist people out there who are trying to block minority farmers from using their agricultural land because of their race.' She said that the Mallerys are fighting for their land in 'a predominantly white and hostile Colorado county.'

Courtney and his wife, Nicole, were displaced by Hurricane Harvey and moved to El Paso County to start a new life. Their American dream turned into a nightmare after experiencing harassment and more. The couple shared that things have significantly escalated in recent weeks as they’ve become more vocal online.

The couple said they’ve faced repeated acts of “domestic terrorism” by white residents on their own property. They shared that their dogs have been poisoned and numerous farm animals have been slaughtered and gutted. They said residents have been trespassing on their land, have broken their fence and run over their fence posts, burnt their Black Lives Matter flags, spraypainted racial slurs on their land and even waved guns at them.

Nicole provided home surveillance video to FOX31 that showed a cow running on a dirt road and a white car driving on their property. Then you hear her yell, “Don’t shoot, I’m feeding my cows, don’t shoot.”

The couple also provided photos that show unknown vehicles blocking their property and parking on their land.

“They’ve talked about lynching us, bringing a public hanging, fire. They wanted to lock us in and set us ablaze,”

Nicole said. “I am a United States Marine who has fought for this country. I fought for these same people who are terrorizing me, and at this moment right now, I do not have any trust in El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.”

Nicole also provided what she said are screenshots of now-deleted posts in a community Facebook page that show discussions between residents inquiring about restrictions on pitchforks and fire sticks, defending rights and the ranchers’ Black Lives Matter flags. She said she and her husband have called the Sheriff’s Office countless times over the last year and have gotten no action or thorough investigations of their claims.

In May 2021, local media reported that Amaya's (The couple's farm hand) death was being investigated as a homicide. In his interview, Courtney said that Amaya was found dead in their chicken coop and that following the 'homicide,' the ranch hand's wife went missing. The couple's son is now in the custody of relatives.

NAACP is investigating the Mallery's claims. The president of the Rocky Mountain chapter Portia Prescott: 'I would really hope that the El Paso County Sheriff's department and several others in rural areas understand that we're taking this very seriously.'

While the sheriff's office has said in a press release that they have responded 170 calls involving the Mallerys and investigated 19 different complaints.

The office said that they will release documents and bodycam video to back up their claims. At the time of writing, the materials have not been released.

One sentence of the press release read: 'The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office vehemently denies these allegations.' El Paso County Sheriff Joseph Roybal is attempting to have the Black and Latino Leadership Coalition mediate the dispute.
