Once out of the Government house, governors become inconsequential especially in non-docile States. It takes a certain kind of people for an ex-Governor to be calling the shots after many years.

Chimaroke was a demigod in Enugu State back in the days. EFCC dealt him some numbers once he was out of office. Chime sidelined him. If not for the current Governor, Chimaroke would have stayed in oblivion. Smart chameleon like David Mark knows when to stay calm in order not to rock the boat. Chimaroke hasn't realized that his 8-years of fame is over. I guess PDP just reminded him that he is an expendable benchwarmer.

How strong is Wike? We shall know after his tenure is over. Take away the paraphernalia of office and the State funds at their disposal, a one time Governor becomes as humble as a dove. On the handover day, people will switch allegiance faster than he can understand.

If Atiku pulls 25% or more in Rivers (which is almost guaranteed he will), Wike has failed.

This is why Peter Obi remains a man of impeccable character; he left APGA without causing comotion. He left PDP for the moneybags that wanted to hijack the party without a noise or trying to become a nuisance and he joined an unknown party and made it one of the most popular parties in Nigeria in less than 6 months.





Peter Obi is the only Nigerian politician that single handedly revived an unknown party and made it one of the frontrunners in less than 6 months without begging political criminals from other regions to come form an alliance with him like some other acclaimed politicians.




If Nigerians miss to elect Peter Obi this month, honestly it may take Nigeria forever to have someone like Obi again.
