There's no doubt about this. Anyone thinking Buhari doesn't know what he's doing on the current situation is a joker. When emefiele said there's no paper to print new notes,many believed him hook,line and sinker.

It didn't take them a week to print the billions of naira which Obaseki attacked the finance minister for, which they all denied before they accepted the fact that they actually printed more naira notes.
