IMAliyu2: Republicans are saying Parents should have an input into what their kids are getting taught in schools. Do you as a parent oppose that? Most parents want their kids to go to school and learn about Math, Science Geography and not how to give bloowjobs I'd oppose explicit inappropriate stuff, but is this really as massive a problem as you're being lead to believe? It is a massive problem is a large number of parents are worried, that singular issue decided the Governoship election in Virginia And the Florida law that states Parental right in education also address it. Anything you are ashamed to show the parent of a child should probably not be taught to that child No one is doing that, I explained the diagnosis and prescription process in my first reply to coolusername. This a complex topic about hormones, puberty and body mass that I'd rather have sport scientist deal with, and create rules on, not legislatures. Yes its a wave and parents are rightly concerned. All the records of female in colleagiate sports are being shattered by men who transitioned. A man who couldnt make the cut in Men swimming destroyed the women swimming records. Women are the ones complaining that their daughters are not competing fairly in sports
The Democratic party has been pushing narratives to defund the police which many Americans look as insane. No one will live in an environment without police and this affects low income households more as they live in vulnerable neighborhoods and cannot afford private security Yeah this just dumb. That is whats happening in many liberal cities, there are many videos of blatant stealing and beating up chop security where the thief just get away I really don't care about sports, if my daughter wants to compete in a sport against someone of the opposite sex, that's her decision.Your daughter will obviously want to compete with someone of similar strength and abilities as her not in a contest where she is biologically disadvantaged Don't get me wrong there are crazy sh!t some liberals and Dems believe that I would never support. These are stuff that affect peoples personal lives, Like a small business owner whose shop is getting looted and police say they cant do anything because the Democratic mayor said its no longer a crime, or their kids going to school and they are teaching them explicit sexual materials or the crime wave since police are being attacked by the liberal media What are the republicans position on the massive cost of medical care on the American population? The Republican party is one of less govt, the less govt we have the better we are. We don't need govt to dictate minimum wage for us when we have varying needs according to state. Let each local state decide their own minimum wage not FG telling us a flat rate for California and Alabama. The businessman in Alabama cannot afford what the man in California can and will eventually crush the Alabama business Corporate taxes when businesses are able to retain more f their earnings they invest more and hire more. I will rather Amazon keep more of their money and expand businesses thereby creating jobs than hand that money over to govt, who now share to people in a welfare manner Growing cost of living is because of the interference of govt in every area of life and putting many obstacles to doing business, once there are many obstacles it increase price and these costs get passed down to consumers |

CoolUsername: Eh, I've seen highschool aged girls get married and expected to have kids. I guess I'm not as sympathetic to this view as I should be. This I can't argue against. I don't know what that book was, it's targeted demographics or even the context it's in and I feel way to uncomfortable to even attempt to look up. But there are books like Lolita which contain some yikesy sexualization and abuse of an underaged girl. While I don't like the subject materials of these books. I'm cautions of book bans in general. IMAliyu2: There are books talking about 10 years old grabbing dicks and sucking dicks. Why are you trying to make a case for schools putting explicit things for Children? Should the public library start hosting Indecency magazines? White you put out a book with a character of age 10 having sex with men and making it seem like normal behavior to other kids in the book... don't you think that is grooming? it's weird... and funny enough, you are taking a shot at Republicans for worrying about things like this. 3 Likes |

budaatum: No amount of nonsense budaatum does not support from the LEFT. you are asking for evidence of this. the Youtube videos of parents complaining are not enough. seek help. Everyone who saw the youtube video knows the woman is at the school this book was in. No one in the school is denying it is in the school. it was approved to be in the school. The book says I was 10, 4th grader when I suck diick and it is no big deal. How can a school approve a book that normalizes pedophilia? Why should it be in the school? how does it help their Vocabulary? all it does is curse words and profanity. So why are you coming to support the school? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHhO3SB1RWM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofAYuBcPqBA tell me, How will those books help the children academically? 3 Likes |

I can't find any news about students being thought how to give blow jobs or anal sex. I did see one report about parents complaining about a $50,000 a year private school in America though. 1 Like

(May 14th 2019) The parents' voices were in vain because of course the school board followed through with approving the controversial new curriculum framework to be implemented in K-12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuSYN4BCO04 |

budaatum: Do you know what they call Approval? Do you feel someone just broke into the school and planted such books? So the schools do not know the books that are in their Schools for children to pick up and read? Are you Kidding? Look at this video of parents pleading not to school boards about what they are exposing kids to. Stop making excuses for the schools, you know they know what they put in their school. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuSYN4BCO04 1 Like |

budaatum: Your own fact, because they got caught and they put out a statement saying they will review their approval process does not mean they are not supporting such. you can be here making excuses for schools that are grooming Children... I am not shocked when you do this. you are Budaatum, you have no problem with the grooming of kids. It is disgusting... You are supposed to be asking what are the books doing in there in the first place, not posting their statement saying they will change how they review books after they got caught. Schools have even Organised Drag queen shows for children as young as 7 in schools. will you come and make excuses for them too? 2 Likes |

budaatum: the Mothers that are there are not concerned? Like you see them voice their anger to the schools on what they expose their children to and the School Board wants to just shout Time so they parents can go away already. So why make excuses for schools? those books did not appear there magically. a lot of gay stuff happening in the schools, they are putting explicit books in the schools, they are inviting drag queens to perform for children in the schools. 1 Like |

budaatum: So the school did not review the books before putting in the library? Do random books just land on the school library shelves? What of the numerous kids who have read this book already? Parents trusted the schools will know better than to put sexual stuffs in the library for minors |
Re: American Politics Thread - 2024 Elections — Biden’s Presidency! by budaatum: 3:07pm On Feb 13, 2023 |
benalvino3: What you are seeing is parents finally getting involved in what their children are taught in schools and which they neglected to be concerned about in the past. Good on them, I say. It is your duty as a parent to be involved in the education your child gets in school. Where I live, there are boards of governors and parent associations that concern themselves with what children are taught in schools, and you can't invite drag queens without parental approval. |
Re: American Politics Thread - 2024 Elections — Biden’s Presidency! by budaatum: 3:11pm On Feb 13, 2023 |
raumdeuter: Schools can not review all the books in their library, and yes, random books can just land on the school library shelves. A student or rogue teacher can very easily put a book on a library shelf. In a previous life I worked in bookshops and caught authors putting their self published books on our shelves. We often only found out when a customer wanted to buy the book and it could not be scanned for price. |

budaatum: A school is not open to everyone and school libraries have librarians where books are checked in and checked out. All the books on the shelves are accounted for, when they were brought in, who borrowed which book and when its due for return A school library is not just a car park where free and unsupervised entry and exit is possible |
