Please check out the careers page of Stanbic IBTC.

Currently, there are vacancies for the role of client service officer (Customer service), Personal Banker (for those who have passion for sales), Franchise Collections, etc.

Edit your CV to suit the role and apply for as many you think you're qualified for.

Shoot in those applications.

I can tell you as a matter of fact that this is one of the best places to work in Nigeria. It exposes you to international best practices.

Thank you!

Guys please I need help. I applied for an experience hire position in November. Was successful with assessment and interview. However at the next stage for medicals I couldn't meet up cos I was out of town. I explained to the guy sha and he said no problem. Now I'm back and it's been two weeks I contacted them for medicals, he said they will get a new date from the vendor that is the hospital but I've not heard anything. I just want to know if this can still be possible for me or to move on😢

How does one know which role doesnt require a background in banking...plus it seems they do not accept 2.2 for their GT

Which role can you advise a fresh graduate of Geology (2:2)... 26 years without any banking experience to apply. Thanks

Yes they do.

Someone from here joined stanbic. She was an ET in Zenith. She joined as an experienced hire and her take-home is 389k with ABO grade.

Check Stanbic IBTC Bank career page. They're a couple of vacancies there with 0-2 years experience.

For those who cannot join the graduate trainee program maybe due to age or class of degree, those are the entries you should be targeting.

You can join stanbic with a 2.2 class of degree via experienced hire.

You can join stanbic if you're over 26 years without any banking experience.

These restrictions are strictly on their graduate trainee route.

Stay positive and shoot in those applications.

Your congratulations is near.

I'm eager for you to join us in the blue family.
i searched for the career page on google but it wasn't the right link please i sent you a mail, I have banking experience.

Stanbic does not accept 2.2 for GT.
Many of the roles on the career page are 0-2 years experience. If you're 26 years and have zero experience, you got a shot. 28 years you gotta have some sort of experience.

Client service officer.

I did the online assessment (Oddsey) last week and was interviewed virtually yesterday.

Hoping for a favourable response.

What next should I be expecting?

Hi richmond,I really love how you explain a lot of things and you are truthfully laying out facts. Not everyone wants to open up on the source of their income or progress. A lot of people rather keep quiet than talk. I know you will never remain in the level you are now,you will always go higher,it's certain.

Please I would be needing your assistance. I am currently working with a banking institution for about 4 months now.
Is it possible for me to apply as an experienced hire in stanbic bank,as a full staff?

When did you do your medicals?

I did medicals 3rd week of December…
And 1st of February i was reached out for Medicals again which i gave them feedback that medicals has been previously conducted and i was asked to send in some documents i had previously submitted.
At this point everything is confusing.
Sent a followup mail last week no feedback yet…

Don't call me sir please. cry

Yes. Stanbic makes those vacancies public.
I know several persons who joined via that route. They're no trainee programs for it.

I was once temporarily banned for posting Stanbic vacancies on this thread.

We currently have a couple of vacancies within the Bank. Location is at the various head office campuses.
Boss, I sent you a mail, sir

Good afternoon guys. Please, anyone has an idea of what a project manager in the banking sector pays as take home? A range will be very helpful please.

Bank is sterling for those who may want more specifics.

Thanks!!

Sterling bank take home for an entry level graduate after banking school is 270k. An experienced project manager for a full time role shouldn't take home anything less than 300k+.

Hi Guys! Good evening.
Please who knows if experienced hires in Stanbic write aptitude test. If yes, please any material to prepare with?
I applied for the Banker, Personal role on their website and although I haven't been contacted, I'd like to prepare ahead of time just in case.

Hi.

If you get a mail for another assessment, it means you scaled the first one.
