Words are actually a feature of beings that aren't spiritually advanced. Most advanced alien beings don't speak. They communicate telepathically. The universe works on thought. there's nothing spiritual about sleep paralysis , though evil spirits might take advantage of it but in most cases of sleep paralysis , they aren't spiritual. In most cases , when you sleep with fears in your mind, especially when you feel it isn't right to sleep in a particular place, or when you have fears that you might even get sleep paralyses again because it had happened recently. Or the fear of falling down from the chair, or the fear of dying in your sleep, or the fear being caught by a boss while sleeping on duty. So usually you are aware of yourself when you were sleeping which normally you shouldn't know when sleep takes over or when the transitioning from life to sleep occurs. So what happens is that you wake up to that last memory uncleared at the point of your transitioning.

I don't know how to explain this clearer , but i was able to solve sleep paralyses for a colleague ... its all about mindset . in most cases , it isn't spiritual.

Humanity has experienced various cases of nuclear wars and extinctions. Our present civilization on earth isn't the first, or the second or the third. The humans that built the Sphinx, the great pyramid of Giza, Gobleki tepe etc are ancient human civilizations that predated ours.

The story of the flood that you will find in almost every old religion is a story passed down from the ancient past that tries to explain one of those many extinctions. Of course when a story that old is passed down, it gets altered to align with the traditions and beliefs of the culture of the people telling it. Here is what my research tells me: There was a nuclear war on earth that led to a nuclear winter that caused the ice age. When the ice melted, it caused the sea levels to rise, which precipitated a global flood.

I think the way our society is going, it is imminent that we eventually destroy ourselves.

What this means is that our thoughts create our reality. Normally, anything we want we can get. Spiritually advanced aliens can shift through dimensions because they've reached a level where they create just by thinking. When a human operates in a high consciousness, like the 5th dimension consciousness, anything he wants he can get. It doesn't matter whether he uses words or he just thinks it to being.

Now here is the twist. Not everyone can attain high dimension consciousness. For humans like this, they can channel a powerful consciousness to assist them. The consciousness can be good or it can be evil. One of the most powerful good consciousness in the universe is the Jesus Consciousness. It is 7th dimensional and hence very very powerful. One could also channel a very powerful evil consciousness. An example is the being called Lucifer or whatever its name is. This consciousness never helps unless it receives double what it has given. There are many other ones that exist in the astral plane and can be channeled.

There are a lot of evil beings in the astral plane. Some of them belong to the astral plane and have no physical form, while others are just evil spiritually advanced aliens that shift into that dimension to play god and manipulate naive souls. These astral beings are what our evil native doctors interact with. Even a spiritually advanced human being with evil intentions can shift into the astral plane, take whatever form he wants and manipulate other naive beings that are trying to access that realm

The astral plane is 4th dimensional. Hence, anyone operating in that realm can EASILY influence our physical 3rd dimensional realm.

Being genuinely good to people increases your vibration and raises your consciousness. Being genuinely bad to people does the opposite. But I have this a bit in reverse. Rather, being genuinely good to people, without seeking any reward, is a consequence of operating at a high consciousness while being bad to people is a consequence of operating at a low consciousness.

It is important to note that there are principles in the universe that applies to every being. It doesn't matter whether they are good or bad. One of those principles is giving.
