Soldiers have been deployed to man check points and they will be paid for food breaks. A cousin who went for INEC adhoc staff training on 13th complained of issues with payment due to network and lack of cash. INEC still need cash for mobilization according to news.

It simply level the playing ground of rigging for all candidates. Those who have cash available at any PU will win it. Areas where INEC staff can't go to because of no T-Fare will have no ballot boxes. Candidates that create enabling short-term (and unsustainable yet targeted ) environment for citizens (like Sanwo-olu and El-rufai) will have major votes.

The North was giving Buhari between 10- 12m votes consistently in 3 different election yet he didnt win the election.

For a candidate to he President elect, he has to win majority votes and also 25% of total votes in 25 states of the federation.

Not like I want a part of u guys conversation of north vs south o, but I just think it’s important u know that Nigeria is 63 years old and not 23 years old .

U using 23 years data to counter his claim of north dominating south as far as the head of the nation’s government is concerned does not really cut it. I believe u should go back to 1960 and calculate the number of northern and southern presidents/head of state till date .
