The reason I believe APC will be competitive in the North is the quality of Senatorial and HOR candidates they have. The election for these 2 seats are held on the same day. In any area APC has a strong and popular Senate and HOR candidate, it will rub off on Tinubu. They don't even have to like him.

Buhari won about 2 or more LG in Abia state in 2019. Buhari of all people.
