I am here to tell you it can't work.

You can do a quick Google search yourself. Since they started conducting Presidential election same day as NASS, whichever party wins in a state takes the most NASS seats and vice versa. This is because of the numerous uneducated voters we have in the country. As a NASS candidate contesting for election, you direct your voters to vote your party all through. Simple as that.

Truly, there are a few exceptions but that's what they are, exceptions.

Take a look at senator Aduda in FCT, because of his popularity and him being an indigene, PDP always win FCT in the Presidential elections.
