Common sense in this age of technology requires that inec sends sms (liase/synergies with NCC) to all registered voters to come for the collection of their pvcs, the time of its availability, location and if possible it could be staggered, as in batches to avoid crowd, congestion and possible stampede or time wasting.

This by itself becomes a recipe for electoral malpractice and an inefficient conduct of our elections.

They aren't the same. In the caseof Peter Obi, you guys claimed the scanty pictures were early pictures before the 'crowd' came in.

In this case, the crowd had been on ground waiting for Tinubu's arrival since morning and many got tired and left.

Also, access to the stadium was seriously restricted probably because the president was going to be around.

lol just say you did not hear, because inec did partner with NCC and other various groups that you could call, message and even look up online to find out the status of your card......INEC did their part if you failed to do yours that's on you......
