I bought the Vitamix a3500. It came yesterday, right from their headquarters in Ohio. I'm excited about all the cool, healthy stuff I'll make with it. I'm yet to open it; I've been staring at the box in awe and prolonging my excitement for a bit before I open it. 😂😁

Pounded Yam
Akpu
Fufu Egba
Eba
Wheat
Amala
Poundo (not my thing just like the last which will be semo).

Pupuru is Ondo and I don't think it is the same as Fufu. Egba's Fufu is different from that of Osun. It doesn't smell and it is stronger unlike the ones they sell in Osun.

So I started a new side hustle of rearing broilers late last year. God has been faithful I must say as I made crazy sales in December so I decided to try again this year. I added freezing it, frying the chicken and or making it peppered and making peppersoup for clients depending on how they want it.
Below is my order for today. My client wanted it fried, peppered and delivered to him where he was watching football.

Stronger fufu indeed those kin fufu that knock people off my dream kind of dinner for Ahnie, mariahAngel and descarado -

Fufu Egba is good for those who love Akpu and feels Akpu is too strong and has some smell. It isn't too strong but it isn't so soft compared to the ones they sell in Osun.
