tctrills:So there is another wages for sin apart from death shey? |

MaxInDHouse:You mean outer darkness right? |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:01pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills:The wages of sin is DEATH! Romans 6:23; Genesis 2:17 |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 5:01pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:Yes we both agree and that's why everyone would die. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:04pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills:So death is the ultimate punishment for sin and death simply means inactivity! Ecclesiastes 9:5-10 |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 5:06pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:Death can't be the ultimate punishment for sin because of Christ. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:09pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills:So that disqualifies death as the ultimate punishment for sin shey? Don't you think you're making God the LIAR if what God told the first couple about sin actually wasn't so? Genesis 2:17 |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 5:14pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:God never said death is the ultimate punishment for sin. You said so. God never said death would be permanent. God told Adam and Eve that they would die, he never said they wouldn't be resurrected. Please stick to what God said. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:20pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: Ọmọ this is what God told the first couple: “From every tree of the garden you may eat to satisfaction. But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will certainly die.” Genesis 2:16-17 Then Satan said: “You certainly will not die" Genesis 3:4 So choose between the two who is telling them the truth the one who said the consequences of their actions will lead to expiration and the one who said it won't lead to their expiration! |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 5:27pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:We are saying the very same thing. They ate the fruit and they died. But God never said they would die forever. So God's words has been fulfilled even if they died for only 1 min. |

tctrills:So what exactly is the ultimate wage for sin? |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 6:00pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 6:03pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: So we now have four wages which you need to explain: Death! Outer darkness! Second Death! Lake of Fire! Which one exactly is the ultimate wage for sin? |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 6:05pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:They are used interchangeably |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 6:07pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: So all still means Death shey? |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 6:09pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:I thought you read. The second death was defined as being cast into fire. The first death is defined as a separation between body and spirit. The second death is eternal punishment. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 6:11pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: Please quote this in the Bible! |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 6:16pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern. 7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 6:19pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: So when Lazarus died his spirit was separate to heaven but Jesus forced his spirit back into the body shey? Definitely the resurrection of Lazarus wasn't a blessing but curse because heaven is lot more better than earth. I don't think you understand what you're quoting! |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 6:24pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse:You are free to see his resurrection as a curse if you like but yes you are right when he died, his spirit went back to God as the word of God teaches. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 7:01pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills:Ọmọ you have made no sense at all as you just copy and paste without reasonable thought on what you're quoting. But for the benefit of other followers of my thread i will explain all what you've mixed up. Death is the ultimate wage for sin so when Adam and Eve died they are never coming back to life along with all those destroyed by God himself. The breath of life in the body of all creatures is sustained by the heart so all creatures has the same breath (spirit) in them none goes to heaven {Ecclesiastes 3:19-21} when Solomon said the spirit returns to God he meant the power to restore the breath is left in the hands of God who installed it in the beginning! Genesis 2:7 compare to Ecclesiastes 12:7 The first death is the punishment Adam's sin brought upon all his descendants {Romans 5:12} so as imperfect children of Adam we will all grow old and die but that's not God's plan for mankind in the beginning we were supposed to live forever on this planet as youths! Psalms 37:29 The second death means the direct judgment from God so those that God directly destroyed them goes directly to this condition of no come back because God is the one who killed them by Himself as they've proved to be useless to His plans so since He is the one keeping account of those He wants to see again those He destroyed by Himself won't suffice in His memory book! Revelations 20:15 After Armageddon Jesus will rule the earth for a thousand years and only JWs will be around to continue practicing what they've been doing before Armageddon but this time around there will be no distractions as Satan, demons and all their human agents has been taken out of the way before the resurrection of all those whose names are in God's memory book. They will all be taught what JWs are teaching today so whoever refuse to accept it despite not seeing any other religion causing distraction will be allowed to live for a hundred years and he will die again as a youth {Isaiah 65:20} at that time his/her blood will be upon his/her head because he/she has refused to accept what Jesus (the one whose sacrificial death opened the way for him to be resurrected back to life) taught JWs to teach him. After the 1000 years all those on planet earth would have become perfect creatures then Satan will be released again for the final test that's when whatever anyone does will be his or her judgment because as perfect creatures there is no excuse for sin in Paradise! Revelations 20:11-13 After Jesus' 1,000 year reign God will destroy both death and grave so if anyone dies at that time they will not be buried because graves are for remembrance and God doesn't want us to build tombs for them! Revelations 20:14 So after Satan has used his deceptive tactics many will still fall for his tricks that's when God will send down fire from heaven to consume both Satan and all those deceived by him. They will never be resurrected or remembered that's why the book of Revelation 20:15 says their names weren't written in the book of life! |

MaxInDHouse:Oga, as usual you are into guesswork. Christ said all would resurrect so I find it hard to disbelief him and believe you. If Solomon wanted to say that the power to restore breath is with God he would not have said that the spirit returns to God. He is much wiser than you. He is not a retard and he does not need you to correct his speech. |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by tctrills: 10:01pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
MaxInDHouse: God's plan is for man to become like him. Read the book of revelations. To him that overcome.... |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 10:26pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: Well he said it's the same spirit that's in humans and beasts so does the spirit of a dog also return to God? Meanwhile you stylishly dodge the other question. Do the spirit of those destroyed in Noah's days and Sodom also return to God? tctrills:Of course God's plan is for humans to live forever as in become immortal but then it's only those doing His will as for those who choose to be wicked they will return to dust {Genesis 3:19} in the dust they have no feeling so it's the breath (spirit) God gave all creatures that's needed to revive dead persons not that a part of them will go and reside elsewhere! |

MaxInDHouse:We learnt that Jesus went to preach to them in prison. We were not told the location of the prison. As for the evil doers, read Revelations to know what happens to them. |

MaxInDHouse:By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. Are you satisfied now. I give it to you as it is |
Re: Faith, Changes & Tolerance by MaxInDHouse(m): 10:49pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
tctrills: Yes sir the spirits of the disobedient in the time of Noah. Please correct yourself because the two means totally different things! |
