I ordered gcms note and the officer added that I am single and mobile and is not convinced I will leave Canada at the end of my stay, the officer also wrote that the program is not in line with my career path as I have a first degree in English and I was going for Health care Admin. I choose this course because I have work experience working as an admin in a clinic. My sponsor was my Dad at the time, I paid first semester and closing balance was about 34million

I took my time and read through nairaland, I reapplied for a post graduate health care administration and I eventually got married along the line.

I am not sure what I did wrong this time to get finance and assets as a reason for denial as I used the same assets as the last application (dads land, statement) in addition to my land and husband's land documents and statement. Someone please help. Thank you

Please I do not understand you at all, you posted you got SP in 2018 and sometime in 2021, you posted that you were denied, and then posted that you were approved in 2022 again and asking how to send your passport, so which application was refused in 2023 again? Why are you getting approval and refusal at the same time
This is not fair, people genuinely come here to seek and provide help, but when one person sits somewhere to spoof the thread thinking they have an anonymous identity, they should be careful. Please pull down your post!!!!

I added my husband's land documents, my land document and my dads land document, I added my husband's business registration and clinic documents, I added my dad's business documents as well. I also added my shares documents. I also added sponsor letters from both sponsors stating willingness to remain sponsors.

From what I've read here so far it seems FD doesn't work with IRCC though one cannot predict them. If there's a way you can use a second account or have them transfer a part of it with explanation on how the money came, the better
As you said, you can try to pay the first term fees, validate your sponsors document and try to show your account statement no matter how little the funds in the account is.

Thank you I'm considering using investment this time with a reference from the bank that I can liquidate the funds anytime but do you think investment is better

So sorry for the confusion. For clarity sake, I am posting on behalf of my elder sister. She doesn't have a nairaland account. Yes, I got study permit in 2018. I am in Canada right now. The 2021 post was about this same sister too. That was when she was first denied study permit. The 2022 post was about my brother who got study permit and we didn't know how to send his passport.

I hope this explains the confusion. Any help anyone can render is appreciated. Thanks

1. Combining your sister's account and her hubby is enough POF, she does not need to add your dad to the mix.
2. Were there lump sums in the 3 statements ?
3. Did she pay part or full tuition?
4. Were the statements MBS or normal printed statements, and for how long were they?
5. How did she explain the POF on her SOP?
- Request for the GCMS notes to know the exact details for refusal.
- You might need professional help to package the next application - get an agent, their services can be afforded by her.
