I will advise you never to buy phone from AliExpress. It's either you buy a fake phone or it will very expensive comparing to high black market dollar exchange rate.

Send a mail to NIPOST to confirm the current location of the package.

The AliExpress app said the delivery failed
Also tried to reach nipost via mail and through their phone numbers but to no succes

In the option you will see option like
ITEM NOT RECEIVED

ITEM RETURNED BACK TO SELLER

I can't remember all but it's there. I have opened such dispute before, when SpeedAF delivery man couldn't deliver my parcel after estimated time and the parcel has marked *ITEM RETURNED* on SpeedAF website.

I have to open a dispute and I was refunded.

If the status wrote "DELIVERY FAILED"
