Maybe we should 1st start with ensuring voters intimidation and disenfranchment is reduced cos whilst registration is greatly increased, voting turn out in on the decrease; This hurts democracy; If my son was in Nigeria, I for one cannot allow him or appropriately encourage him to go out on election day to vote when we have people openly threathening people choices when I know his default attitude would be to dare the person...
