Every state and region in Nigeria has its good and bad sides. With good leadership, they can all develop.

Shut up! You are from Oyo. Defend your Oyo. You confessed so when you called stated you called your brother in a 2019 argument.

Maybe because I have been claim ans refused to bully you guys, you ran wild being tribalistic all over.

Our FAAC still accrues to us. Steady ~260 billion coming in and it shows. Better roads, better standard of living, better drainage, better bridges, better lightening, nettwe power supply, only airline, only state-buimt international stadia. More.

Even my own LGA has more tarred ublmeished roads than your state capital.

Let me catch any of yiu being tribalistic here again. I have refused doing this for years. You are an economic liability to Nigeria. You take and keep taking but add nothing to the federal purse.
I am from Ibadan, Oyo.
The IGR of Ibadan is more than that of Akwa Ibom, and we are buying that stadium from you, no loan taken.
Only your politicians are really enjoying your state by the way.

Bro, I understand you very very very well.
Like I said before, I schooled in Oron and have been to many places in akwa/cross - Oron, Eket, Ikot ekpene, okobo, Calabar etc and I know the basic language for greetings.

The women are neat, homely, caring, knows how to cool - fisher man soup, afang, edikaiko etc
And tbh, aside Lagos, no South west city/town can measure with Uyo or Calabar… I mean NONE and I hate to say it.
I really hope our leaders can find a solution to it.
If I am to pick 3 cities to go and represent nigeria in City Exhibition in Africa or the world, I will never pick Lagos.
I will pick Uyo, Calabar and Abuja to go and represent us there abeg.
It won’t be funny when the inspectors come for inspection and start seeing shanties, unplanned city up and down and they will start shaking their heads that is this the best we can offer or show case?
What Akpabio did for Ikot Ekpene especially is massive. He did for other parts too.

Udom has done in Uyo metropolis and the Eket-Ibeno-Onna-Oron axis.

My own LGA has never really depended on the state government though. We have a pact with oil and manufacturing companies to tar inner city roads, give scholarships, and provide electricity. Employ our locals too.
We don't do violent agitations but diplomacy, and we are winning still without bad press. That's why you won't hear of Akwa Ibom and miltancy. We have our diplomatic ways.

In return, no harassment, full security of your staff and facilities, and neighbourly coexistence. So far they have held up most parts of the bargain and we ours.

Please guys let's cool off on the tribal rhetorics and mudslinging..

I believe that our tribal affiliation should have no bearing on our perception towards each other.. The truth is that all of us combined have been negatively affected by bad leadership. Irrespective of tribe.. All this talk of conquering and conquest is hot air and absolutely not needed..

These things are what politicians and their goons use as tools to divide us.. so please ease up.. Sean, get your self together. You've become that whiny bitch_ you always spoke about. You're heating up the polity unnecessary with these your heavily pro_igbo narratives and it's bad..
What we should focus on is retrieving our stolen mandate. End of.

If there's no credible opposition to APC's Sanwo Olu, then the better decision is not to vote.

Well, it's not as if people's votes will count anyway.

Strong opposition to APC's rule over Lagos State is needed, not all these jokers called PDP and LP.

They kept using the ekiti gubernatorial result to underrate LP that Obidients were nothing but noise makers. grin

Their eye don clear small. For Obi to win Lagos officially tells you that his votes were just too much to change the result entirely.

Kogi enters the fray. grin cheesy

I like the Labor party strategy so far on focusing on state capital results.
Knowing that urban areas overwhelmingly voted for Obi, they are using the state capital results on the INEC irev portal to prove the rigging.

Ekiti, Bauchi, oyo, portharcourt and kogi have already proven that Obi scored more votes in the capital alone than was awarded to him in the whole state..

Please any legal person in the house?

Is there any visible strategy or pattern to the litigation? That's, with the obvious and clear evidence of rigging at hand, how could these be used to effect change?

Do you honestly have any hopes in the Nigerian legal system? Yes, it's glaring that elections were rigged massively to favor BAT.

Which judge or judges go con remove the elected president who's from the ruling party?

Shut up, you liar!

Oil contributes ~ 26.04 to the GDP of Nigeria until about last quarter of 2022 when ICT overtook it.

This is not correct at all. Oil 26% 😀 ICT 😂

Agriculture is the highest contributor to Nigeria GDP, it has been so since 2011 or so. What oil contributes the most is foreign reserve. Oil contributes about 80% if our foreign reserve.

Look at the apc celebration pictures

Sanwo is the only downcast person there.

If the election had been that day APC would have been out.

It is a reminder to them. You all came this close to having your income rearranged. If you like be stupid
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DissTroy(m): 9:33am On Mar 03, 2023
Even the one from the most backward state in Nigeria, Kogi, Amoto, thought he had a say to sneer Akwa Ibom weeks ago. Thinking Akpan is a slur. Funny! A name I wear as a badge proudly everywhere and anywhere.

"Akwa Ibom Ayaya" means "Akwa Ibom is beautiful", and we live up to it.

Akwa Ibom which is centuries ahead of Kogi in everything. Even my LGA alone has seen more developmental strides than the whole of Kogi put together. I can't even begin to count. See how I am not claiming another man's state or even LGA? Development makes you proud of your place of origin.

An Akwa Ibom Governor can't even tell anyone shut-up in public and we'd call for his resignation unless he apologises. He won't even try it that's why our Governors aren't controversial. A sign of controversy and you'd never smell our government house. Confirm this. All controversial people are kicked out.
See how Gov. Udom carefully worded his response to the Tinubu insult and Akwa Ibom APC didn't rub it in?

You dare not remotely be caught identifying with a cult group or insignia even as an government appointee in Akwa Ibom and you'd be removed and prosecuted. It's a law. Please confirm this. That thing called 'flying of colours' is outlawed and if you are caught, jail straight.

But a Kogi Governor is hailed here by him as being White Lion for brandishing guns, shouting "ta ta ta" on live video, and excavating what is left of the dilapidated roads he didn't build during elections.

Two worlds! Call the name "Akpan" with respect He and his tower above you in every developmental strides and social decorum.
You'd never understand the collective purpose which drives us to excel as a state. You won't because you enable bad leaders.

You all needed to be reminded of this as you forgot too soon.

The issue with chinedu is not just about his ability to speak Yoruba.

Jackson nurudeen adeleke has never used the nurudeen in his name before. Because he does not identify as Muslim. But for Yorubas ultimately not a big deal.

Crv has prior to this time, always identified as crv. Gbadebo is probably just one of his neglected names. Ie he has preferred to identify as igbo. The comments captured on his twitter timeline also speak to this

In a polity where we are constantly told, Lagos is a no man's land, igbos own lagos etc, and you now have a gubernatorial candidate who is a thinly disguised manchurian candidate, this is the reponse

Particularly when it is a person from a tribe that is infamously insular in thier own politics

Statistica is wrong. WorldBank is the closest.

But download the GDP report from the website of the Naitonal Bureau of Statistics, Nigeria. It think they have as far back as 2013 or 2015.

Don't ever judge with Statistica. If you doubt me, compare what it says about Nigeria's total 2022 GDP and what the NBS published. At odds.

AfteeQ2, as global crunch hit and tech startups began laying off, the GDP from oil decreased. Sad because India makes almost as much money from ICT as half I'd Nigeria's GDP. We can do more.

Project management is about creating identifying an opportunity and creating infrastructure that meets that opportunity.

Anything less than that is a failed project.

It is not by building monuments to ego that go nowhere, or constructing dual carriage expressways for single lane traffic.
