Good. The supreme Court does not have to power to dictate monetary laws and policies.
So you enjoyed the hardship incurred by the scarcity of cash, obviously. And who told you that the Supreme court doesn't have power over monetary policy when it goes against the constitution.

if it is against the constitution yes bt jot because criminals don't like it.

I didn't enjoy the lack of cash bt the cash limits given was ok bt problem was availability of the cash not the limits.

He will definitely be jailed by Tinubu and his bank Zenith Bank brought to it's knees. As for the whereabout of Eko Bank whose Chairman Tunde Ayeni played politics. Tinubu has closed the bank and renamed it. Tinubu's boys are the ones currently running the new brand name

Make una do release our money. Buhari don prove say nothing good will ever come out from him. That he's a true definition of failure, suffering, nonchalance, wickedness, daft, incompetent. It happened in 1974 and now it's repeating again.

1974 or 1983/84. Check your history book before you cap next time Obingo. My grouse with you Obingos is your overnight support for the incompetent Buhari and hydra headed devil Emefiele. You guys thought the policy was meant to stiffen Tinubu of funds so as not to mobilize. You guys failed woefully and you now crying wolf.

The CBN should stop trying to be a smart and reintroduce the use of the old notes as legal tender.
I have said the CBN will not obey the Supreme court ruling. This will only be done after the elections.

Pls, let's ask the CBN:
-How much is the Money in Circulation now?
-How much money that has been Printed now?
-How much that has been given to ALL Sectors now- Sectoral Distribution?
-How much has been given to the BANKS, that up till today,no Money is coming from Bank ATM?
In my Area, many branches of the Bank are not opening- just to show you how bad the situation is!
-How much has been given to,even POS - providers that they don't have money?
The irony is that CBN Collected our Money but is not ready to return them!
The Truth is that - No New Naira Notes and the CBN have nothing to give anybody - for you can only give what you have!
This CBN is only buying -time, as many businesses are crumbling, while individuals cannot even buy little things like Garri, rice , onions etc.
Very Shameful indeed!

The suffering is better imagined.

At the very least, let the old notes in circulation still be used as legal tender until the CBN prints new notes. It shouldn't withdraw old notes from circulation until it has enough new notes to replace that deposited.

many people still have the old notes, so its use as legal tender will suffice or reduce the level of suffering a lot

This people are useless. Emefiele is a domkop. He didn't need the finance minister or any minister to activate this policy, but he's waiting for legal advise from "atanni" general to respect the Supreme Court. Once Supreme rules, it becomes an order and a law immediately. We need to do a lot with our system.

You can say that again! I wonder how they keep disregarding court orders like this! It is a very bad precedence!

Abi. This stubbornness of CBN is highly uncalled for! In saner climes, both the old notes and new notes are allowed to co-exist until the old notes are phased out. Why is ours different? I wonder if we are really practicing democracy with this flagrant disregard of court orders by the executive arm of government.

I didn't say I so. I said they should make cash available. The policy is not the issue bt the unavailability of cash and sabotage by banks
