Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has hailed the Labour Party and its Presidential Candidate Peter Obi for deepening Nigeria's democracy, IGBERETV reports.

Reno always criticized Obi and his supporters before the election, shared a photo of Donatus Matthew, a bike rider who was elected to the House of Representative in Kaduna after contesting under the umbrella of the Labour Party.

This idiot Reno wants to become OBIdient and join our OBIdient family from the backyard.

We should beware of such people and take whatever they say with a pinch of salt.

Reno with 24 mouths undecided

He's now praising PO after all the mockery.

I don't take people serious especially online , Goodluck Jonathan was ridiculed more than this , same people are now praising him with their mouths .

The truth is even tinubu himself knows peter obi is more relevant and popular in politics than himself and the whole of APC government, PDP atiku knows that too ,he is even regreting not making obi vice and now wants to work with obi and we say no , Peter obi is the hope of the Nigerian youth's infact he is now a number 1 political mentor in Nigeria, labour party and politicans contesting under it are so lucky to have an obident brand making easy for the masses to vote for them .

This is senseless. Peter Obi didn't win any core northern state. He only won Lagos and Abuja because of the massive population of Igbos there. Nobody stopped the hausas or yorubas from voting Tinubu and Atiku in the east.

Well we saw so many videos of people that were being bullied and chased out of their polling units just because they wanted to vote for APC.

Only one video, the other one was someone who came to buy votes and was chased with a resounding slap. Perhaps other tribes didn't feel confident enough to vote Tinubu or Atiku in the east. It's their business.

a very foolish thing to do. Any third force will always elect an unpopular winner in any presidencial election. For balance of democracy you need two party system and alliance. PO was very stubborn,APC was there for the taking.

Not really - unless OBI comes out to say no to Biafra . The North will not support him. Plus Atiku should have humbled and let OBI agave this moment.

Kids everywhere without sense of history. When Igbos voted OBJ in 1999, they were patriotic, when they voted Yaradua In 2007 they were not singled out, when they voted GEJ in 2011 they didn't complain, today Igbos are selfish for voting Obi. How many core northern states did he win? What bridges have they not built with other parts of the country? Please enlighten us on how to build this relationship.

The Northern group was with AAA. A vp for 4years and then President for 8years is better than 16years in the limbo.

The same Peter Obi he accused on social media of plotting to kill/harm him. The kind of dirty politics and smear campaign this man ran this campaign season is scary, for someone who projects a born-again Christian image.

Elections are now over and he is using style to do "No hard feelings, ei?" Thoroughly disgusting fellow.

Truthfully labour did very well, people that had little got elected.
That is the essence and ideal of democracy.
I found it insulting and laughable at the same time when PDP said they would want to go into alliance with labour.
Another laughable speech was Atiku saying he would have made obi his VP candidate.
Concerning the comedy from Atiku,he still doesn't even understand. If obi had been his VP,the PDP won't have won those places obi won and would have been soundly defeated by Tinubu.Obi won so much for Labour party because he was the principal candidate and voters saw in him,a man who as the number 1 citizen, with executive powers, can effect a meaningful change in the Nigerian society, something everyone knows he can't as an elected VP.
Labour should in the same vain, not make the grave mistake of going into an alliance with the PDP.Nigerians have rejected the PDP and they tried same with the APC in this election.
The PDP is still seen as a dark side of our democratic entity.Labour should only entertain such talks if a new party emerges from a merger of like minded elements of labour and PDP,like happened with ACN,CPC and breakaway elements of the PDP to form APC.
The new merged party can be called for eg,Labour democratic party(LDP) or Labour People's party (LPP) and PDP dies in the process.

God forbid bad thing going into alliance with PDP tueh!!!

We will consolidate on this win election tribunal going our way or not

Labour party are retiring PDP already. In the East, PDP even APGA are all begining because of tsunami awaiting them on Saturday March 11th election

This morning on my WhatsApp group for Anambra, APGA people are beging, because guys dey vex they will vote labour up and down for State assembly election.

They come dey wine us that APGA is ojukwus party, we should not allow shame on ojukwu

We replied them that they now remember ojukwu, when ojukwu s widow Bianca came out for Senate obiano and APGA disgraced the woman.

APGA supported Jonathan, supported Buhari in there elections, when it came to Peter Obi our brother they remembered that they have presidential candidate

Allah we will teach soludo and his minions a very big lesson starting from Saturday March 11th
Then when governor election comes in 3 years time, we go know how far

As for PDP, they are an abomination in the East. Tueh!!

Why do non-Igbo people keep saying this about the Igbo? Since 1999 that Nigeria returned to democratic rule, last Saturday was the FIRST time Igbo people voted overwhelmingly for an Igbo man at the presidential elections. Even when prominent Igbo men had been on the ballot, Igbos chose a Yoruba (Obasanjo) or a Fulani (Yar'Adua) or an Ogbia-ijaw (Jonathan).

Ojukwu, who almost had a god-like stature among the Igbo, ran for president TWICE. Igbos NO vote am on both occasions! They voted Obasanjo and Yar'Adua. Jim Nwobodo, who was a big politician in the East, and a former governor of Old Anambra also ran for president and lost abysmally in the East.

If it was Rochas Okorocha, or Orji Uzor Kalu who had run in place of Peter Obi, Igbos would not have voted for them. They would have given their votes to Atiku, just like they voted for Atiku in 2019. Voting for Obi had little to do with tribal sentiments; it was more about the conviction that this was who Nigeria needed at this point in time. You people that are bent on making it about tribalism and clannishness, despite what history shows about Igbo voting patterns, tire me. Do better!

I tire. Igbos have voted non-Igbos massively at the presidential level for 20 years. The one time they voted for someone who happens to come from their ethnic group, they start shouting about bridges. Na only Igbos get hand to build bridge? Them kwanu should build bridge. Vote an Igbo man for once, too.

This is statement is totally untrue! When South East voted Obasanjo, we new he is a Yoruba man. We voted late Yaradua, a Fulani, no one accused us of tribalism and locking the east for Igbo man. Igbos voted Goodluck Jonathan massively, but he is Ijaw from Bayelsa State. Later we voted Atiku Abubakah in another Fulani in 2019, born writers forgot their pens to write loads of negativity about the Igbos. Now, Igbos have decided to vote a very good Nigerian to be President, every bigoted Tom and Dick have started writing highly biased text against Igbos.
