How can any saner person think of building up only one place in a state but leave out other places?
It's 47 years, except Mbakwe era, when foolish governors have been building up Owerri. What do we have? Ghettos surrounding old and New Owerri. Ghettos without any social amenities, but concrete buildings.
If Imo had been having good governors, places like Orlu, Okigwe Oguta etc should have been modern cities by now for investors.

The gunmen also burnt down another house belonging to Ozoemena’s father during the attack carried out around 2pm. They reportedly operated unchallenged.

Ozoemena confirmed the development. He said;
