Washu and Uw Madison are top schools, and I don’t think they require Wes evaluation. (I know Uw Madison doesn’t). If you’re female, you can get funding in the schools through forte fellowships. And If you do well in your interview, you’re almost guaranteed a merit scholarship due to your credentials (gre and gpa)

Chocychoco:
Good morning guys... I applied for GSU early February and still waiting for their decision. I want to inquire for any other universities I can apply to without WES evaluation and opportunity to receive funding for MBA.

GRE SCORE: 336
Undergraduate CGPA: 3.99/5
With a Masters in business and managemnent in UK

Request for form I-20. This will detail all your funding from school.. then starting searching for interview date on US Embassy website. Good luck

Every school is different. State your area of academic interest, some folks might help you out.

Congrats man!

1. Firstly, accept the GA offer by signing and sending a copy back to your department/school.

2. If you are fully funded without deficit, then request for your I-20 document to be sent by email, and official admission letter.

3. After you receive the form I-20, proceed to fill and submit your DS160 form. You'd have to be intentional and fastidious here.

4. Pay $160 at any GTbank for your visa fee.

5. Proceed to the US visa webpage to book an appointment for your interview.

6. Visit the www.fmjfee.com to pay $350 for your SEVIS fee using your SEVIS ID number. Someone has to pay here in the US for you while you print the receipt from your end.

7. Gather all documents in an envelope while you prepare regularly for your interview, with mock exercise.
All these can be done in two weeks.

It's only normal to know the names of cities even before you arrive in the US if you pass through this hustle yourself. UMIch Ann Arbor is a very top school that's difficult to get in.

God bless you. does the i-20 come together with the DS160?, For the SEVIS can't I use my dollar card to make the payment?, I don't have anyone in the US who can make the payment from their end. The VISA fee, is it at black market rate or official rate? Must it b at GT bank? Pls do u have an idea on how long it takes to get booked for interview ?

Hello all,

I have applied for Masters in English literature and i got a funded offer with full tuition waiver waiver. I read a comment on nairaland that the VO may not approve the visa because my country is an English speaking country and i am also fluent in English. I am a writer and I also work as a social media manager. Please should i be worried about this.

What are you talking about? I've never heard such balderdash in my life! People go for Masters in English all the time. I even know two personally that have switched to tech and landed internships at Facebook.

Big big congrats oooo!!!🤗

He should start NOW. In Abuja, the closet interview date is October 2023, I’m certain it’s the same in Lagos.
If he waits even a second longer, he might not get an interview appointment this year.

Nice job You're doing Sir. Please can you forward the link to book an appointment with US Embassy appointment interview. I'm looking at traveling in September 2023. Thanks Sir.
