The purported "mandate reclaim" has to be the stupidest delusion of the decade yet. Labour party and PDP have no case. Everyone who knows the law knows that. 6 Likes 1 Share |

mycar:You think only lp has Judges to give favourable but controversial judgements ba? That previous judgement is academic because INEC does not own internet network or can guarantee glitches will not occur. And why will INEC upload from the PU when the same result can be invalidated and cancelled at the ward or LG level or state level. 3 Likes |

Peter Obi has no case with INEC in High court. His case with Tinubu is in Supreme court while his case with INEC is in Appeal court. 8 Likes |

This thread must be closed down. Check the date. Denrele Dave the clipper boy, get a life and get something worth doing with your life. All this stupid petty politics will never make you grow in life. You will just remain in one place and stagnant. Change your ways and stop sending fake news. The date on the news was posted Match 1st Wednesday and it says the picture was taken at the certificate of return. Are you cursed? Get a life guy. 1 Like

Zonefree: Again, you don't know how it works. I won't explain it to you because I've got a lot of work to do in real life. https://www.nairaland.com/7594342/oppositions-chances-slim-tribunal-legal My legal opinion can give you a clue. The Federal High Court case the lady is talking about is different from the Election Petition. No party is going to the supreme court, as you claim, except on appeal. |

They have no case. You have the privilege to access and assess all the results from every single poling unit in the country yet you are crying foul, when has anybody had such privilege in the past? 1 Like |

FreeStuffsNG:glitches should be general and not selective, before you can invalidate a result, you should be able to give reason and btw, credible result can't be canceled, hence the need to upload from the pu immediately after the counting. Continue with your illogical submissions, you will think that you are doing anybody, you will appreciate peace one day. |

mycar:You will never learn from your serial losses since 2015. Hate and bigotry is not a sensible political strategy. INEC is an umpire not a political party. Glitches were all over the nation including here in my Lagos city. If INEC can not guarantee that there will be no glitch or politicians will not play their silly games like the fraudulent Agulu results, why should INEC now guarantee immediate transmission? The court that rejected it is right.
