AbdulAkpan:You can read first page 1. From the profile above, none of you is eligible. Journalist is a level 1 occupation and Uniben is conserved a tier 2 university which means the Mass communication degree won’t fly. |

matil1011:Speak to your bank, all closed account can still be retrieved depending on the year. DHA and assessing authorities only consider last 10 years so the bank should still have such records. Or get the payslips. Tax or pension is also a good extra |

Thank you so much for the response. Let the journey begin. I speak positively in this thread and by mid 2024, I'll come back to this quote, typing from somewhere in Australia. Amen. bellong: 3 Likes |

bellong: Please do you advise me to use B.Eng Electrical engineering obtained in 2006 from Unizik but started working in power sector in 2013 or use M Eng Power and Machine Engineering gotten in 2016 from Uniben for my assessment. Prior to 2013 I worked in Telecom industry for 5yrs but it's different Anzsco code with Electrical Engineer I'm going for What's the implication on points if I use: 1. B.Eng. 2006, Electrical experience 2013- 2023 ie 10years 2. M.Eng 2016, will my 2013 - date experience count or Experience starts counting from the date I obtained the M.Eng ie 2016- 2023 Ie 7years. Which of these two should I stick to for maximum point and easy assessment. Why I wanted option 2 is that my Master's thesis will count in my CDR for EA assessment |

madapcmod: You can use either or both. Engineer Australia will still award you the full points if they judge your experience to meet ANZSCO requirements. The Bachelor degree is the minimum qualification required for the occupation. EA is more reasonable than VETASSES. 1 Like |

AdisaOwala: This behaviour is why people sometimes do not respond to questions. You asked a question and he gave you an answer based on experience and understanding of the migration act. Even if it didn't go as you envisaged, it shouldn't get to the point of spiting him. It isn't appropriate. 11 Likes 1 Share |

AdisaOwala: This is absolutely unnecessary. What will he gain if your visa isn't approved? He spends his valuable time here helping others which he doesn't have to do. You can share the outcome of your application for everyone to learn from. That is the purpose of this thread. What you're currently doing is uncalled for. 6 Likes |

oyetpel: Your qualification will likely be assessed as an associate bachelor degree. Chemistry technician is the best bet. The one year will be used as a qualifying experience by VETASSES. 1 Like |
