1. Assesment is not compulsory for both of you but if it will boost your point to nomination, go for it. Remember, both occupations must be on the same occupation list in order to claim partner points.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Yes, in addition, pay slips, bank statement showing salary payments, pension and tax statements
5. Yes

In a situation where one is unble to get the payslip from previous employee and don't have access to the account been used for salary in previous employee due to the closing of the account. Please is there any other ways one can go about it?

Please I got this from the official website of vetassess, seems anyone of either payslips, tax clearance or pension documents will fly. I stand to be corrected
https://www.vetassess.com.au/skills-assessment-for-migration/designated-area-migration-agreements/required-documents
This is Vetassess requirement not DHA requirement.

Good day everyone, Please forgive me for taking you guys aback. I need the step to step guide on this opportunity.

1) What is the first thing to do?
2) What is the second step to take? etc
3) What is the financial requirement for this program?

Meanwhile, below is our details:

Wife:

Course- Mass communication (BSC -2-1)

You can read first page 1.

From the profile above, none of you is eligible.
Journalist is a level 1 occupation and Uniben is conserved a tier 2 university which means the Mass communication degree won’t fly.

Speak to your bank, all closed account can still be retrieved depending on the year. DHA and assessing authorities only consider last 10 years so the bank should still have such records.
Or get the payslips. Tax or pension is also a good extra

Please do you advise me to use B.Eng Electrical engineering obtained in 2006 from Unizik but started working in power sector in 2013 or use M Eng Power and Machine Engineering gotten in 2016 from Uniben for my assessment.

Prior to 2013 I worked in Telecom industry for 5yrs but it's different Anzsco code with Electrical Engineer I'm going for

What's the implication on points if I use:

1. B.Eng. 2006, Electrical experience 2013- 2023 ie 10years

2. M.Eng 2016, will my 2013 - date experience count or Experience starts counting from the date I obtained the M.Eng ie 2016- 2023 Ie 7years.

Which of these two should I stick to for maximum point and easy assessment.

Why I wanted option 2 is that my Master's thesis will count in my CDR for EA assessment

EA does not consider Masters degree. Just Bachelors and PhD. I sent you an email.

I can't remember the email password I used for Nairaland.

Are you an Engr? Have you completed your CDR?

First, you have provided wrong information on your EOI. So your ITA is invalid. If you proceed, your application will be refused.
This is because you have provided incorrect infromation on the English result to claim the 5 points.

Also note that you will not be getting another invitation from NSW within the next 12 months.
Good luck to you

You can use either or both. Engineer Australia will still award you the full points if they judge your experience to meet ANZSCO requirements. The Bachelor degree is the minimum qualification required for the occupation. EA is more reasonable than VETASSES.

This behaviour is why people sometimes do not respond to questions.

You asked a question and he gave you an answer based on experience and understanding of the migration act. Even if it didn't go as you envisaged, it shouldn't get to the point of spiting him. It isn't appropriate.

Hello House,

i have some few questions below.

I am a computer science Bsc graduate and will love to apply for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189),Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190),Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489). I want to be sure which path way to access my qualification with ACS.

1. Does my spouse need to access her qualification as well?

2. Can there be future round of invitation any time soon?

This is absolutely unnecessary.

What will he gain if your visa isn't approved?

He spends his valuable time here helping others which he doesn't have to do. You can share the outcome of your application for everyone to learn from. That is the purpose of this thread.

What you're currently doing is uncalled for.

This does not give full info
1. Depends on your total points, spouse experience and the occupation.
2. Yes, there is a likelihood before end of the FY.

Your qualification will likely be assessed as an associate bachelor degree. Chemistry technician is the best bet. The one year will be used as a qualifying experience by VETASSES.
