I think it is more accurate to say he has changed the dynamics of politics in the SE, and in places where his kinsmen have a large foot print
Ok.

But I want to say in Nigeria because that's my opinion.

It is not a laughing matter o. I have seen the light. When an evil abroadian like me was lamenting a few weeks ago about how the timing and implementation of that policy was costing people their homes, health , and even their lives the knowledgeable people back home set me straight.
It is all for a just cause. Look at the big picture.

For real. I remember how one obedient fellow almost fought with me in real life because I spoke against the policy due to the hardship it was causing. They all supported this heartless policy because they thought it will make their candidate win. They even briefly started praising buhari sef.

Let them continue to support it since it has stopped rigging, vote buying and is also affecting politicians. My dad is a politician at the lga and state level,I can tell you for free that since the beginning of this policy it isn't affecting him as much as it is affecting me here. And he is not a heavy weight politician. How sane minds thought this policy is actually doing shit to heavy weight politicians because they were complaining about it,is a thing to study.

The idea behind the policy is good. Infact I even supported it initially, but the method of implementation is very wrong. Everybody knows this fact, but some people are ready to support anything as long as it favours their candidate.

Yes. The work required in a lagos state is much more. And every day lagos is adding new agencies. I am sure you know for instance - there is now a parking agency that bills businesses for use of the right of Way as car parking.

As an analogy I have a fuel station I am designing for Abuja. Any new station in lagos requires fire hydrant line. Any facility in lagos must have water treatment. It must have safety plan. Commercial facility must have public toilet with facility for disabled. So my design rate for lagos will be more than my design rate for abuja. My cost of construction is higher in lagos than Abuja.

The assumption that there is a flat rate across states in erroneous in itself. Lagos that has the highest cost of living in Nigeria, highest rents and transport costs, but you somehow exepect that it will have lower service charges and wage rates?

Lmaooooo the IGR of Lagos is generally higher than that of other states so if you earn 2% from Lagos igr, that doesn't mean the same from the IGR of other states. So doesn't that difference in pay make up for the extra work.
Why the increase in %?

Not true. There's a simple concept called Tort Law anywhere in the world. Get acquainted with it

This is an easy case. Even for an out of school lawyer

The guy has a diagnosis but requires detailed examination and observation to narrow it down to a specific diagnosis.

Some of Sanwo-Olu moves are just somehow. He will be ridiculing himself all over the place

That was how he went to Magodo landlord issue instead of staying in his office and making calls. That's why the policeman insulted him

He went to join endsars rally yet he was insulted and the endsars crowd still blamed him for the killings yet the endsars crowd won't vote for him

He is now running around locking ice cream, doing church usher and other simp moves to appease the same demographics of people who will never vote him even if he removes his eyes for them

The guy na clown, instead of energizing his base to come out and vote, hes appealing to those who will never see anything good in whatever he does.

That guy has a deceptive character. How do you explain the name change from Chinedu to Gbadebo? He has also made us understand where his loyalty lies, he tend to lean more to his mother side, which is fine.

You can’t govern people you don’t represent, nothing represents Yoruba culture or Lagos culture in him..

Nobody said anything about criminal law.

All I'm saying is ure disputing a clearly obvious matter; which is why I asked you to get acquainted with it or consult a lawyer.

The weak arguments you put up for the employee being drunk or mentally ill still creates a liablility for the employer as he was obviously acting as their employee (at the time) especially given that he was doing the actual service(s) he was employed for.

Even your frolic arguments will not fly as the employee needs to be making/doing a clear departure from the services he was employed for - which isnt the case here.

This is a clear slam-dunk.
